Ibotta is getting worse all the time. I'm often missing cash back. It shows the items I purchased and the total amount of cash back when I submit it but then after it has processed, I'm missing cash back for things I purchased. I'm tired of having to contact them to get it resolved. This happens way to often.
I bought 4 items that were worth $1 earnings each and only received 3. Limit was 5. Even corrected it and was denied $1. Update* customer service was quick to follow up after I submitted a bad review and corrected the issue. Thank you.
I really like Ibotta. The app is easy to use. You can scan your reciept manually or attach your stores loyalty card and let the app take things from there. If you attach your stores loyalty card to Iotta, you won't have to worry about missing cash back opportunities. Easy peasy way to earn a few bucks.
Emailed about an offer not getting clicked when I was in a store with bad service. They reviewed my account and solved my issue! Fast service, pleasant response, and truly care about the people using their platform. Good job Ibotta team! Keep up the good work!
In my opinion Ibotta is a great app. I have several cash back apps but Ibotta is one of the easiest and most dependable apps that I use. You just pick what's on your list and then go shopping. My cash back notification email is in my account by the end of the day. Ibotta doesn't have you playing games or answering surveys just to get points. It also had a variety of local stores. The $20 cash out minimum is not bad either you can make that back in just a few shopping trips, depending on what you purchase. It's also easy to use if you miss a cash back or if there is a request that is questionable. They will contact you within 24 hours to help you solve it
Had a issue with one of my item not giving me my ibotta money I sent the information and it was corrected right away.
Easy peasy. Earn money on things you buy everyday and ability to get cash back on new things you'd like to try.
Easy to use and earn cash. It does take a little time to select the products you're going to buy and check that you have the correct product but it is totally worth it.
Great experience, found the item shown in the app matched it with the receipt and Bingo I received my cash back!
I will say, if possible purchase the cash back items separately! Great app!

Far too many times I have made purchases of the same item and gotten reimbursed for some but not all when all met the criteria. I submit for review and you still deny it. Today I bought 3 boxes of Robert Irvine's FitCrunch bars: I got credit for 1 and you asked me to scan the missing ones. I have absolutely no idea which ones you missed.
I enjoy earning cash back for every day purchases. Ibotta offers a variety of brands to earn cash back from. The reason I have given four stars instead of five is because the timeframe to scan a receipt is only 7 days and that is too short for me sometimes. I often find that a receipt will get missed and it will be too late to scan.
My recent experience is really disappointing because I don't know the reason l lost my earning today when I try to withdraw it for give card without any explanation. I accumulated around $105.00 dollar. That is very frustrating when you try to get what you work very hard for and you decide to take away without any reason.
I made a purchase but the bar code was not recognized. I requested assistance. Ibotta took the time to give me information to ensure I check offers before shopping. They did not have to honor my request but I'm truly grateful they worked with me. I did not mention that they gave me time to produce my evidence when I returned from vacation (almost 3 weeks later). I'm writing to bring to your attention a few recent issues I've encountered with the Ibotta app.
Firstly, I made several purchases through QVC and activated the 12% savings offer via Ibotta. However, I did not receive the expected savings in my account.
Lastly, I encountered a limitation while redeeming a savings offer at Walmart. The offer allowed for only five qualified items per receipt. While I received the savings for my first receipt, the second receipt was not credited despite there being no daily limit specified. I have already reported this issue through the app, but I have not yet received a response.
I must emphasize that I have been a loyal user of Ibotta for quite some time and have generally had positive experiences. However, these recent issues have caused some disappointment.

I buy products in store, scan the product before buying. Come home to scan receipt,click offers and then scan product again because an offer is missing. Accepts the offer but after submission, missing cash back. Now I have to take multiple photos to prove I did purchase the product. Frustrating!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
