I requested for the CSR to review my purchases I made that did not get credited to my account. Ibotta reviewed my receipt and found that one item didn't quite fit the purchase criteria. Ibotta was kind enough to give me credit for the item I purchased. Thank you for your help.

I really like Ibotta and getting cash back without using coupons. I d have a few issues. Almost always when I upload a receipt I have to do it 3 times to work.
Also a lot of offers are not available at my local stores.
Easy to use and great offers! Also anytime I've had to contact customer care they've been super helpful and responsive.
So, this is one of the receipts apps that I actually make money on and not a hassle. If there is a problem its easy to contact customer service and they really try to work it out with you.
I just can't wait when I go grocery shopping and I plan my trips around I bought in a couple other sites that I used by thinking cash in receipts for a gift card but I love it number one
I don't have many positive things to write. This app is difficult to use. Most of the items are for jot commonly used products. Not only that but the "Any Items" are fir pitiful amounts of money...not really worth the effort! Last but not least I HATE tying my debit card to my Walmart purchases as it never works!
A few times I've had instances where money was not credited to my account. However, Ibotta is really special in that I've forgotten to add offers to my account before I've shopped. Ibotta has contacted me through email and advised me to go back to the app and add the items within 24 hours and I would receive the credit. How special is that? This, however, is where the issue occurred. I had to reach out to Ibotta to receive the cash back, a glitch obviously, and within 2 days the cash was in my account. Can't beat that kind of attention! Will keep using the app and keep putting money into my account! Thanks Ibotta!

So I was entitled to a bonus that just about expired although I wasn't awarded on the site I wrote in and I immediately took care of it and gave me the bonus expected. Thank you about it.

I had "4" boxes of cereal two each of two different kinds. It kept totaling two"2" items. Had to redo it 4 times also kept putting in the bar codes for all four
Ibotta is really great for people who can afford to buy name brand products all the time, but for some1 like me it takes me a very long time to earn enough points to cash out. The customer service is always great though.
I love using Ibotta to get savings on items I plan on purchasing. Sometimes I just like scrolling thru the app to seem what's available and learn about new items to try!

The app clearly states "max" quantity- most items were purchased missing the quantity- groups of five the missing quantities include- silk, orange juice, coffee drinks, Rana meals which through the app online states how many purchased. While some had Walmart cash back-it only included a quantity of "1" thus missing out on the other 4 and the quantity is not reflected through the bonus which was well above the "63" items for the promotion if someone can look into this would be greatly appreciated

I started using this app a little over a year ago and it seems to work really well with my lifestyle. And the stores that are available and the way that you can redeem and get it immediately following the process. I find it quite easy for I'm doing my grocery shopping, I Go into the site and check anything that I would possibly buy and so it turned out to be one that works very well for me and they have a very responsive care team.
