I'm thankful for their amazing customer service because they will email me to let me know that there were items that I bought but didn't put on my ibotta shopping list. So they give you 24 hours to claim those. They make it so easy!
Any time I've had an issue the customer care team members have been kind and helpful. When i've made a mistake they explain fully what I did, and when the ibotta system made a mistake, they fix it promptly.
And the offers allow me to try items that might otherwise not be in my budget - and a lot of times the item becomes a new favorite!
I especially like the fact that Ibotta gives cash unlike many others that give points only. The search engine could be improved however, because you have to be way to specific to see if there is an offer on the items you have purchased.
Constantly have to contact support for missing cash. Purchased correct items, bar code is correct, says you're getting cash back. Then an email, with no information says the item doesn't match their criteria. Even tho it does. Tired of having to fight them for pennies.

A friend told me about Ibotta and sent me a referral link. At that time she had redeemed over $600. I wasn't sure how much or if I would earn any cash to redeem. Using this app for my grocery shopping has earned me over $60 to date. Thank you Ibotta!
I recently had an issue with a fairly large receipt that contained several rebates. I contacted the care team with my issue and they resolved the issue within about twelve hours AND they credited my account with a large bonus that I had been working on. They were very prompt in resolving the issue!
Every month I have to contact customer service to give you offers I have completed cuz you don't seem to get them.
I'm so happy with Ibotta, I only need to ask you a favor: please if a rebate doesn't permit a coupon, write it on the offer. The Boost Nutritional Drink packages at Walmart doesn't clarify in the offer that is not possible to use coupon, please clarify in the offer. Thanks for everything Ibotta!

I had bought something on my ibotta list but had forgotten to check. I reached out to the care team and they gave me credit for the item I had forgot to add before I submitted my receipt.
You guys rejected my receipt because it was wet and ripped. That's not right. I spent alot of money to get the 18 items just to get the 25.45 which includes the $5 bonus. Now you rejected my receipt after I went back to the store and resubmitted and now you lock my account because I want the money that I earned. Ridiculous.
I didn't receive money I thought I was supposed to get. The staff member quickly resolved my problem.
Let me just say- the ibotta team is amazing! Any time I have had an issue with offers or wonky things happening with the app, the team is very responsive- professional and honest. Credits often go in wrong and you have to contact customer SVC. They give you the run around and what should be a 2 second fix turns into days of back and forth. You can make some extra grocery $ but they make it pretty painful.

I had an issue with my Walmart receipt not being picked up thru Ibotta and the help I received by customer service was excellent. It took some back and forth thru emails. But it was handled properly and within a matter of two days once I completed my info to them.
Great app for additional unexpected savings, especially at groceries and retailers I purchase from. I applaud Ibotta for also being the first merchant (in my inbox) to offer the option to "pause" emails for Mother's Day, acknowledging this day "can be a difficult time for many." For those of us who've lost our Mothers, it's a huge gesture. Very much appreciated versus bombarding my inbox with insensitive emails. Thank you Ibotta! Hope there will be similar emails for Father's Day as well.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
