My account it's been under review and locked for a month,don't know why and until when I keep collecting money that I can't withdraw and I would like some answers but there's no one to talk to
Although my purchases are supposed to be recorded when I visit $#*!s Market. $#*!s says it is not their fault. You tell me it is working but it is not. That is my closest grocery store & I am frustered that Ibotta doesn't work there.
Also uhapppy with scanning the reciepts at Smiths & other stores. Dificult & time consuming.

Ibotta is simple to use once you get used to its process. Initially, I tend to forgot to clip the items that i want for cashbacks but as time goes by, I was able to update my items regularly. Maybe its better if they have an option to click all to make it easier😁 Hope you'll have more products soon. It provided us a few extra bucks each month. The customer service is great as well. They act fast and reasonable.
I am missing cash back - mostly from BJ's - it has happened more than once - it just happened this past weekend. I bought three items; was suppose to receive $5 - later I was asked to scan the UPC - I did it said pending. Now it declined the reward.
This happened at lease once before at BJ's - I am careful to purchase the right items. The back and forth and proof and more proof feels very punitive. I can assure you I am not growing a mustache that curls at the end, changing my appearance and moving south of the border for $5 … however this is how I am made to feel.
Do better for your customers.

I just started using Ibotta and wasn't sure how it worked. So I emailed them and they got back to me next morning answering my questions and helped me with my concerns! Great costumer service experience
I absolutely love doing Ibotta, it is so worth the time involved. My only regret is I didn't know about it sooner.
Life is getting to expensive and I guess everyone idd so trying to save money somehow… Ibotta not just hel me with that! I'm able to save and use that money for other expenses and cover some bills payments…
Ibotta is a great app if you're looking to make money off items you already buy, and if you want to find new products! Customer service is very responsive if you have any issues with cashback feature.
Ibotta has good offers. Also, Ibotta has quick service. On Ibotta you get a gift card right away when you earned enough to receive a gift card.
It's difficult to navigate the site and upload receipts. Is it linked? Is it not? Shop here…click this, click that…favorite or not favorite.can i link more than one account?… some cash back sites are so easy, there is nothing to do except get cash back… just saying …
Ibotta has so many deals. I have tried products I would have never tried if not for the money back. Then I continue to buy the products. If I miss money Ibotta let's me know and I can claim it.
I've had really good luck in the last two weeks on finding rebates for products that I use! And have earned cash back at CVS on the same items with "buy 2, get $5" offers! I cashed in $32 of Ibotta rebates for a Starbucks gift card and am earning double points with it this weekend!
I bought 3 boxes of Cheerios and received credit for only two. My receipt indicated that. I tried the "missing cash" step and scanned the three boxes.
Gives money back by buying things you use daily. Check Ibotta before shopping and it's better than using coupons.
A lot of improvement is needed! 90% of the time the app will not recognize the deals and apply them. You have to click 'Go back' and search it yourself and apply them and even then the app does not recognize the deals and does not apply them. Then you have to contact Customer Care and ask them to apply it manually. It is a pain in the neck and I think it is being done purposely, just so they can get your receipt without paying you cash back. This way they will lose us. We will go to some other app where things are much simpler to use and apply it for you, so you don't have to go back and search for it for yourself, hoping that you didn't miss any cash back. It is an evil way how this Ibotta App works. They are pretty much hoping that they don't have to pay you, but they will collect data anyways.

This is happening more often recently. The receipt clearly shows the item, but a few days after scanning, I get a notice that the item is not eligible. So I scan it again and sometimes it will allow it but other times it won't.
My recent experience has shown me that this is not only a great app but a wonderful company. The customer care team resolved an issue for me in an expedient manner and without me having to do more than let them know the issue I experienced. They were wonderful. I'd recommend them.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
