For a couple of days I had log in issues. I sent a message to the help desk and heard back in a timely matter. They resolved everything for me within a matter of hours. Great customer service!

They are constantly not giving the proper cashback. I can have a Frequent shopper card linked, and it still doesn't give the right cash back. Constantly not recognizing what's on a receipt. Constantly having to submit missing cashback and taking pictures of items and receipts and submitting evidence to get the proper cash back. It's exhausting how to do this consisted basis. Once again today right after this review, I have to do a missing cashback again. I was supposed to get $2.60 back and it gave me $.10. So here we go again, and this is always happening. I'm tired of the excuses and I'm tired of having to argue to get the cash back. Always giving the excuses of did you add the item before you shopped. Yes I did. I've been doing this for years, so I'm not a dummy. Did you scan the barcode to make sure it's correct. I've been doing this for years. I'm not a dummy. The errors are on their end, not my end. They're just full of excuses.
Once again I did not get my cash reward! I bought 5 twitch and did not get credit! Last week I bought several things that I deserved credit for. One of them was Gain pods!
I messaged customer service and explained a problem with a missing credit and the agent was very nice and issued the missing credit

Not sure how the large letters spelling GIANT at the top of the receipt is something the app can't identify 🤔, also most of the any brand offers don't recognize any brand.

The refuse to honor Giant Direct Receipts, so basically useless to me since that's how I do most of my food shopping
I've been with Ibotta for many years now. I've only had two issues about not getting the cash back. The issues were solved within two hours or less.
It was pretty simple just slightly frustrating as it took sorta forever for my rebates to be processed. Which I understand since as many loops as I had to jump I'm sure so did the people that helped me. However, the individual who assumed my account was already linked with no proof was annoying. Regardless everyone else was nice, respectful and fast to reply.!
I scanned my receipt last night and it showed I earned $2.40 on my purchases. One for Raisin Bran Cereal, 2 Kodiak Pancake Mixes and an any receipt. This morning I had an email showing I earned.30 cents for the Raisin Bran. Just wondering what happened to the rest of my earnings. Ibotta sure isn't what it used to be when I started. Starting to have some real concerns.
The biggest complaint I have about this is they Deny half of my receipts and a lot of times when you shop online through their app.You do not get credit for anything.And if you reach out to them it can take months for them to fix it which is totally unacceptable. It seems like more work than it's worth. The higher the Rebate.

My cash back was missing due to the way stop and shop grocery coded the Kentucky Legend Turkey product. Ibotta care agents did a thorough search and resolved the issue, I appreciate their diligent work in taking care of this.
Ibotta used to be pretty good 👍 The last couple of years, though, many grocery receipts are missing. I've emailed customer support and they end up giving me some credit, but it's not correct.

For some reason I didn't receive the money from my receipt. Contacted customer service. Some reason it said I didn't add to my list but on my side it shows that I did but the 3rd person I spoke to finally helped and thanked them for giving it to me.
I needed help with my account, and not being able to log in. The responses back were very quick, and explained how to fix my problem. I'm very pleased.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
