I like the upgrades to the Ibotta app in which it helps me to capture items that I may have not originally had selected for cashback.
Sometimes Kroger has these reduce prices on items. Sometimes they ring in Kroger item sometimes they ring in the brand. Ibotta will sometimes give you cash back sometimes they won't and you have no way to submit a claim! It's very frustrating
I purchased a product it said 15 to 18 count I got it I went to scan my receipt and it said could not be found. Half the time the product Ibotta gives Its products I don't use. My friend says purchase it anyway but to me that money I spent on something that will sit in my cabinets. I wish they would put products I actually used. But I do love I can scan any receipt and get.10 back.
One of the easiest apps I have ever used. The coupons are for a lot of things I regularly and it helps me to try new products.
I had an issue with missing rebates, after two tickets it got resolved. I am pleased customer service went back and reviewed the receipt and issued all my rebates. They also followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It's great that customer service doesn't let technical issues fall by the wayside.

I was missing an offer that was on my Walmart receipt from my connected account and after I sent a picture of the receipt in they indicated it was not the correct thing but that was because Walmart did not have the product name as well as the UPC number on the receipt. Ibotta took care of it and I got my $3 back. Very pleased with the customer service

After some frustrating submissions, lately, it was so refreshing to have a very quick turn around. I did not have to add any missed items right after I submitted and none were taken away after being accepted initially. I did not have to worry that I missed the bonus because something was rejected. And it came back almost immediately… I did not have to wait 24 -? Hours. Thank you, sooo much. This is the IBotta I love!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
