When I did a mistake with my receipt, Ibotta people were there and helped me with the problem.
I had issues with cash back and their care team was able to help me with my account. It was an easy process as long as you have your receipt.
I would appreciate more "any item" selections. Week after week there are not any items that I purchase that are on the list for the stores I shop. Also, the products on the list should be offered at all stores many times there are items on the list, but not at the store that I purchased it.

A friend recommended this app to me. I don't always want a lot of apps but I really enjoy this because they're like digital coupons that accumulate that I can use for gift cards, etc. sometimes it takes a while and it can be tricky. But I called the friend who recommended it to me and reminded her to use it she's been Busy and out of town and she said she is going to start using it again
I thought I had some cash back missing and CS responded very quickly with a complete explanation and while I was in fact not missing a cash back due to using a coupon, they compensated me plus a little bonus. They did not owe me anything and this was quite unexpected and appreciated! Fabulous customer service experience!
My experience with ibotta has been very poor,they did not handle my situation instead they took it upon themselves to deactivet my account without any questions being asked,just assumed

I love Ibotta and cashback. I do have suggestions though. Being able to link more accounts would be awesome like Cub foods. Also for stores such as Aldis, having cash backs specific to that store's brands such as their "momma cozis" for example.

Great app for additional unexpected savings, especially at groceries and retailers I purchase from. I applaud Ibotta for also being the first merchant (in my inbox) to offer the option to "pause" emails for Mother's Day, acknowledging this day "can be a difficult time for many." For those of us who've lost our Mothers, it's a huge gesture. Very much appreciated versus bombarding my inbox with insensitive emails. Thank you Ibotta! Hope there will be similar emails for Father's Day as well.
I received a email from ibotta that they had a 24hr.flash sale cash back offer for Temu. So I made a order with Temu with the ibotta app and was not getting conformation about my order and contacted ibotta and they need my order information, so I sent them everything and they responded back with it was past the time for me to get the cash back, but they gave it to me as a courtesy. Thank you ibotta I really appreciate you and all ibotta does.
My experience is usually positive. There are times when I scan A product and it's right and then I don't get credit for it. It says wrong item.
It really takes time to get money back. If you think you're going to get rich, think again. $97 in 8 years stinks. When I thought I bought the right items, I didn't get any money back. Sorry, I'm ready to quit

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
