I was having trouble with the receipts in my app not showing up. Angelo had me unlink and relink the account, and then had me send a copy of my missing receipt. He found my items and credited my account all while being so knowledgeable and pleasant. I learned some new things today, and finished out my week on a positive note. Highly recommend this app and the time and patience their representatives show to us clients.

I thought I was missing cash back but I didn't read the items that were included the ounces carefully so I sent in a ticket for cash back but Emmanuel looked at it and he said that I had picked the wrong item by mistake and as a courtesy he gave me the cash back anyway and I really appreciate that. In the future I will be looking more carefully and I would recommend Ibotta to everyone!

I received and email from Ibotta Care stating my account was locked for review and that it could take some time to complete the review but that I could still accumulate rewards. After 3 weeks, I contacted Ibotta Care and asked how much longer it would take. I got a response the next day with what they found and that my account was now back open. The quick response after my email was excellent! I have found a quick response each time I have had to contact the care team. Thank you Care Team!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
