I couldn't access my Ibotta account. I couldn't figure out why, so I contacted Ibotta Customer Service. After receiving an email from Ibotta, I was told the email I provided did not show I had an Ibotta account under that particular email. I was so disappointed. I messaged back and Ibotta replied again with some new information. The new information provided guided me to the right email I orginally used to open my Ibotta account. I am so grateful and thankful to Vanessa for her help and professionalism.

I was missing $. 75 on an item I purchased because I did not put my phone number in to link my account at the retailer. I contacted Ibotta and they responded immediately and a copy of my receipt was requested. After sending a copy Benedict graciously took care of my cash back and it was added to my account. Customer service and support of Ibotta is excellent and I love Ibotta!

I have used the Ibotta app for years with very few issues. Any time I have had one, they have been resolved quickly and easily. Recently I booked a hotel stay using a cash back deal through Ibotta. After the stay I received notice that my cash back was cancelled. I filled out a help ticket and forwarded all the information. I checked back in and there was a request to send the info again, I had already gotten rid of my receipts/emails. I thought the ticket would be cancelled with no further action. But Justice, in customer service, was awesome! I did receive the cash back and will continue to use the app!

I've been able to save close to 3k in the past few years. I love couponing with Ibotta. I'm glad this app exists. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Customer service is a plus as well. They take care of you if you come across a problem.

Giant Eagle tends to label their items differently than any other store. Due to this sometimes they do not appear properly on apps. I brought it to the attention of Ibotta and they fixed my order and gave me the cash back that had been earned. This has now become my favorite app.

I've been with Ibotta since 2018 or so and have earned $2,884.52. I'll cash out with a a few hundred and they have always paid out and have never had issues. The extra money has helped a lot. Also, the customer service has always been very fantastic. If there is an ever an error on their end, I contact them and get a quick response with what I need to send them in an email. After they verify it they credit my account with the amount owed. I participate in many shopping/receipt apps for money, but this one is by far the best with how much you can earn as well as great customer support. No words can describe how much everyone really needs Ibotta. It does take time but it's definitely worth it! Thank you Ibotta!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
