Ok but so many glitch's lately and customer service can take forever to respond. Like where Rebates and bonuses have disappeared at that point and that's not fair. They should be on top of their things a little bit better. Also, sometimes the explanation for a loud items is very confusing. I bought the same brand same size same one listed except the one I bought was mild and apparently only the spicy salsa was acceptable. It was very confusing and if you're shopping online, you can't scan the barcode.

Last week I bought two kinds of Trop lemonade no issues (reg and strawberry). Checked both UPc labels pre-purchase. Got all my rebates. Did this twice actually. Purchased five more today, both varieties, checked UPC's again, to be sure. Yet the app denied one of them initially so I scanned and submitted. It still rejected so I checked "missing cash" from my earnings and scanned again. My receipt clearly has all five. This is such a frustrating experience when technology doesn't recognize the obvious. And my receipt even has the partial UPc code.

According to tv advertising the dollar amount earned is much lower than tv shows. Very disappointing.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
