I frequently find deals on the app for products i have on my grocery list. The cashout process is easy and i trade my points for gift cards or money quickly. In the event of missing credit (it does happen), i have had 100% satisfaction with the apps customer service correcting the mistake promptly. Pretty unusual by today's standards. I'll keep using ibotta as long as the deals are there and customer service is this good.

I had legitimate items that didn't get recognized by the app. I requested to make an adjustment and was told it was the wrong item so I sent a screenshot of the app with the upc attaching to the rebate. Then I was told the store I purchased at wasn't participating yet the screenshot I included previously showed the store name along with the upc as participating. They gave me 1/2 of the rebate and didn't have it count toward my bonus.
I had an issue with an offer bc the offer was discounted. They issued the funds after I explained the situation.

I submitted 7 rebates in time to receive $ 5 bonus, you rejected two after twice in store and during submission they matched. Is this a game so I don't get the $5 bonus now?

I scanned my receipts over and over and I was told that no item was found. I then had to scan all of the items! Everything was on the receipts!
I am still learning how to use the app, and sometimes I make mistakes. This last time I had a wonderful specialist named Ronnie; she not only explained in detail what my mistake was, she also gave me that cash back that I would have gotten had I done everything correctly... Just giving credit where credit is due😊

Ibotta is an app that you can count on. I have enjoyed over $1,000 cash back over two years and have gotten tons of freebies to try from many different brands. Ibotta offers free items and items to get cash back from. It is super easy and simple to use. You just download the coupons you want to shop, hook up the KitKat accounts, and then wait as the cash back piles in. Support is also super helpful, but you will barely need to use support as the app does a great job getting your cash back. I am super grateful for the extra cash and comfort Ibotta has provided me and my family. You need to get on Ibotta if you haven't already. You won't regret it!

I checked an offer was available in store by scanning the item. After reviewing the Ibotta screen, and checking that no stores were specifically attached, I purchased the item. Once I got home and went to upload the receipt and claim the item (I bought 4), it would not appear. I tried to go by "the offers missed" and the item didn't appear either. I hate the process to be able to contact an Ibotta representative by email so I went straight to customer service, because I had the email address from a previous concern. Two different representatives ignored the details of my claim and responded that the items were tied to one store - not Publix, the store where I purchased them. I repeatedly insisted that there were NO stores attached to the offer on the app and sent a photo and video screenshot. This went on for TWO days of emailing back and forth and resulted with Ibotta ceasing to respond. Finally, after my asking Again, LORD responded by addressing my concern and honoring my rebate. I would have liked some confirmation that it was an error on Ibotta's part as well - "A "thank you" for catching that, we will correct the issue and honor the rebate for your trouble" and maybe even an "I apologize for the inconvenience we've caused you". But I'll take the resolution of them just honoring the rebate and Lord thankfully resolving this concern. Oh and I erroneously initiated the concern with an email other than the one on my account. The first rep was confused, asked for clarification, and asked which email I'd like to continue correspondence with for this situation. I apologized for the confusion, provided the necessary information, and requested correspondence continue with my ibotta connected email... they didnt'. Not a major issue, but this lent itself to the feeling that neither of these 2 reps were listening to me.
I recently had an issue with my ibotta rebates. My account had been reversed because of a returned item. I understood that but I repurchased the item and didn't understand why I was not credited. I also was overcharged for different product, that was also a rebate. It seemed like a huge problem that would take time to figure out. I was incredibly impressed by the service with Clyde. When I explained my issue, he quickly figured out why the credit was reversed. He handled the situation quickly and efficiently. He made sure that I understood what happened. His professionalism combined with helpfulness and patience, made what could have been horribly frustrating, a smooth experience. I truly appreciate his dedication to excellent customer service.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
