I have been using Ibotta for years. Ive gotten almost $600 back from grocery shopping! I go thru the list that's posted. Check what I know I'm gonna buy r what I might buy. After I finish shopping. I don't even make it out of the store before scanning and getting cash back instantly! I can bet u... everytime u buy laundry detergent... thanks to ibotta u get money back! I save up all year. Cash out ever December and start back over! I definitely recommend ibotta to ANYONE! I have my daddy on it. He believes in it. He even loves it. Its not tech savvy. So that goes to show its easy enough for anyone to use it.

Every time I send in a receipt, I'm missing something. I verify it with the barcode on the product and taking more pictures of the receipt never gets figured out.

Lately I keep getting notifications to add missed offers, then when I add the offer I get an email saying I got cash back but without the amount showing. The cash back never shows in my account afterwards, and the receipts with the added offer say "sorry no cash back found" on them. It's very irritating. The app used to work perfectly and I always got notifications for things that actually existed, but lately it seems to be getting sketchy...
Update: The customer service people were super quick to reply and fix the missing cash back so I raised the rating accordingly. Hopefully the app gets debugged soon, because in general I really like it.
I really like the Ibotta app but it would be more beneficial if it had offers on items that I actually purchase frequently. This could be done based off of my purchase history. For a while I was getting useful offers often but I have not been lately.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
