They are constantly not giving the proper cashback. I can have a Frequent shopper card linked, and it still doesn't give the right cash back. Constantly not recognizing what's on a receipt. Constantly having to submit missing cashback and taking pictures of items and receipts and submitting evidence to get the proper cash back. It's exhausting how to do this consisted basis. Once again today right after this review, I have to do a missing cashback again. I was supposed to get $2.60 back and it gave me $.10. So here we go again, and this is always happening. I'm tired of the excuses and I'm tired of having to argue to get the cash back. Always giving the excuses of did you add the item before you shopped. Yes I did. I've been doing this for years, so I'm not a dummy. Did you scan the barcode to make sure it's correct. I've been doing this for years. I'm not a dummy. The errors are on their end, not my end.
