Always missing rebates cash back

I just made a purchase for some rebates from Publix and I noticed today that I didn't receive credits for my 3 rebates purchases of the baby cetaphil lotion and the body wash and shampoo. The rebate should've been $6.75 for 3 purchases@ $2.25 each

Each time I've had to contact customer service, they respond within 24 hours and you can actually reply to their response without having to make another ticket request.

Work very quickly to resolve any issues

There was an item which I should have been credited for since I did get the right item. For some strange reason, the Ibotta app did not recognize this particular variety of the product. I contacted Josh from Ibotta customer service who within minutes credited my account. He worked efficiently and quickly.
Ibotta is a tremendous cost saving app if you shop in grocery stores.

Accidental locked account

The Apps been great, I got some awesome deals during the Thanksgiving holidays by using the App and inviting friends to join. I recently went in to cash out on my saving onto a card and it wouldn't do it. I reached out to the Help Desk and after they researched it, they found my account had somehow been locked. Thank you guys for quickly finding the issue and getting it resolved.

I am always missing cash back or credit

I am still missing credit from giant eagle and target 1 rice tai pei I bought 2 only credited 1 0.75 and 1 lasagna 57oz $2.00 and corn dogs it said matched but not it's stopped working

The site constantly said to try later trying to scan bar codes. I sent in the receipt and I code not scan the bar code due to site not available. This was not the first time. Bar codes scanned in store said they would be eccepted?

Good customer service

I have made lots of cash back on this app. A lot of the time, the cash back is more than is available on Walmart cash back! Cannot use them together! If u direct ur questions/issues to customer service, they get back to u the next day and fairly resolve ur issues.

Ibotta only gave me half my rebate

I purchased two packages of Tate's Chocolate Chip Cookies and scanned my receipt to Ibotta. I was only credited for one package of cookies when I should have been given $2.00 for both of the packages that I bought and checked on my receipt today at Jewel-Osco.

IBOTTA CORRECTED MY ACCOUNT BY ALLOWING ME TO KEEP MY REMAINING BALANCE AFTER NOT BEING ACTIVE FOR SOME MONTHS. I DID NOT KNOW THAT WAS A RULE. I HAD BEEN UNDER THE WEATHER WITH KNEE REPLACEMENT, THEN CAUGHT THE FLU. I'M MAKING PROGRESS AND WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY SCANS IN.

It's easy to search for items and Ibotta will inform you as to where the item is accepted and most often, it is available at several stores. I always check my list prior to going to get groceries, Walgreens and Walmart. It adds up!

Ibotta is worth it

Personally I've made nearly $800 in cash back over a period of 3 years. I have found new products I would have never tried that I now love and the customer service is exceptional, answering back within 24 hours, usually 12 or less though.
