The people who go above and beyond to help me are appreciated! =] I refer a lot of people (strangers and not) to Ibotta. I think it's a quick way to learn about products I never would've noticed before and so much more on top of that.:-) One thing I hope they bring back to the app is the section where you can tell Ibotta directly on the product itself if it's not found or sold at that particular store. If it's known to other users then it helps the shopping trip easier so then we know what to expect when we go shopping for specific items. Thank you again!;-)

The other day when I scanned my receipt, it showed that only 2 offers matched. There should have been 4 matching offers. After double checking that the offers were infact available and checking my receipt, I contacted the Ibotta Care Team, and explained the situation. The issues was resolved in less than 24 hours. This is a great app with a great Care Team.
Forgot to check if certain items were list with cashback in the app, my lost. No worries, Ibotta reminded me and my cash found its way to my account. Thanks so much for all you do for your members. Every little bit makes a difference.
I absolutely love Ibotta! Very easy to find rebates on items I routinely purchase. Submitting receipts is very easy and customer service is excellent. I have never had an issue that wasn't ignored by the Ibotta team!
Recently the App has been experiencing many glitches resulting in users not being reimbursed for offers. The process to notify the company of missing offers is cumbersome and time consuming. Most recently when I contacted the Ibotta regarding missing offers, my account was inactivated. I reached out to the company to inquire why, and I was informed the inactivation was an error on their end. After reactivating, my account did not reflect the offers I originally submitted a ticket for. Ibotta requested I resubmit a ticket with a written list of all the offer, bonus', and amounts. Time consuming, I had multiple offers missing. Whereas the company years ago was worth using, the inconsistency of the app, missing offers, the cumbersome communication process, and difficult customer service has ruined this program.
Need someone to respond to why my account is not allowed to withdraw but I can add more. I want my money. I use this app alno lot. Why can I not withdraw. I have emailed twice and have had no response
Ibotta is great to use to offset rising costs. Their customer service team is also awesome, always get back to members promptly and with satisfaction. They are great to work with on any questions or receipt issues.
I purchased an item on my grocery order and didn't realize Ibotta had an offer for an item. I was notified that I missed one and was given the opportunity to add it after the purchase. Thank you, Ibotta!
When I scanned a receipt I notice only 1 of my products was picked up instead of 2. I manually entered the 2nd one, but when the receipt was finalized I only got credit for 1. It took about 3 emails to get it straight but it was credited to my account. I rely on Ibotta to help stretch our budget.
I've been using Ibotta for many years and I truly love it for its deals and for the fact that when there's a problem, you write and they respond quickly and courteously. Today I had a question about a product I purchased, and two of their staff, Jill and Mary, responded in a friendly and professional manner, clearing up my doubts.
You need to read recipes a lot better. When people get rang up for 2 or 3or 4 or 5 of the same product and the cashier puts it all under the same one heading but you can clearly see that there are more than one of th same
Product. It is so frustrating no getting the full credit requested because someone cannot read the

I bought 5cansof Purina ONE canned dog food I scanned one and it said limit 3 so I tried to scan 2 more and it said limit 1. I also got 2 milks but I could only scan 1. I just seem to have problems with this.
I was missing a credit a credit from my Walmart trip that was linked to my account. I reported it and received a reply quickly. Come to find out I used a coupon on one of the two items I bought and that disqualified my cash back with Ibotta. This is listed in the details of the terms and I didn't see that. Ibotta still honored the cash back this time but I'm now aware and will make sure I read the details first.
This app is hard to navigate and understand how to get the most from it. Also, I have earnings that just don't add on to my total anymore. Not sure why. I couldn't use my earnings at Walmart like I did once before. Don't make sense or cents!

Shopped at Walmart through my Ibotta account and my cash back on all of my offers were not applied. I only received the percentage for my entire purchase. I contacted Ibotta support and informed them of the problem. They responded within the time frame and asked me to send them screenshots of my purchase with timestamps and delivery times and also any subs. I also listed the offers I claimed. They gave me all my cash back without hassle. I am very satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend Ibotta to anyone I've been using this app for years now and it really pays!
I have been a member of Ibotta for a number of years and have no complaints. Today, I had something happen that has never happened before-I was alerted to the fact that I had an unclaimed rebate on my CVS receipt! Not only that, but Ibotta walked me through the steps to go back and collect the unclaimed rebate (and it was a big one too- $2.00!). Thank you Ibotta!
I have been a fan of IBOTTA for a while now. Getting cash back on my everyday grocery items helps me tremendously. Recently there was a glitch with a system error and I didn't not receive my cash back for a large order. The customer support team at ibotta worked diligently making sure I received the cash back I earned 😎 thanks so much! Proud member of ibotta!
I had an issue (it was on my side) regarding a product purchased but not able to redeem the reward. Customer Service (CS) got back to me quickly and explained the issue to me. Turns out I had selected to receive 'cash back' from the retailer which made it unavailable through ibotta. The CS rep explained this to me in an email and as a courteousy added the product reward as well. I found the entire experience to be very well managed and appreciated the additional information that the CS rep provided as to why I was ineligible. Overall, a great experience.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
