Lately I have a problem getting my cash back. I purchased a small ham 2 days ago & never got my cash back. When it asked if I'm missing I get no where. I try get my cash back to no avail. If wish I could get understanding of how to get my cash back without jumping thre hoops
I didn't understand something about my purchase and the customer service department was so amazing in helping me to understand where I would need to look to make sure I was meeting the requirements. And they were so polite and understandable. I highly recommend ibota to everyone looking to help with the cost of shopping now days.
I had an issue with my receipt not scanning one offer, so I wasn't credited. I emailed support and quicker than I even expected since it's a Friday, I got a response. Best customer service I've had in a very long time. I will always use Ibotta.

I gave 4 stars because originally my question was not really understood so I had to respond a few times. Once situation understood Josh took the correct action to help me and responded fairly quickly.
They are so helpful could not ask for better customer service they are always so helpful. I thought I lost my points and got very nervous and was rest assured I did not and got them right back and got right back into my account no issues. Christmas is now saved
Ibotta Customer Service agents are the best! Super professional, courteous and quick to respond to all inquiries. They always take the time to thoroughly explain each request and resolve it quickly. I have never had a bad experience with the Ibotta team.
Ronnie and Ralph were the best. I thought I was going to have a hard time getting my rewards but everything went smoothly. They listed all the monies I would get back and how they were credited. I wish all representatives were as attentive as Ronnie and Ralph were.

I love this app and I love all the bonuses it gives you. The one thing I don't like at all is that you cannot get a physical gift card to give to people for gifts when they have a special on gift cards. This is some thing I definitely think should be changed.
I had an issue with an offer not loading when I scanned my receipt. I contacted Ibotta's customer service and they were able to resolve my problem and get my money to my account in less than an hour! They were very easy to deal with.
There has been 2 occasions where I have bought 2 of the same items and you guys offer for multiple items and it will only give me credit for one where then i have to click the missing cash back. Even before i submitted and noticed that it only says one and i will click the 2 it asks me to scan the barcode of the items and i submit and still only credits me one where it is clear on the receipt that multiple have been bought. It might be a flaw in the app?
I send my referral out to get more people to use Ibotta they don't get anything for signing up and I don't get anything. The rebates haven't been that great I use them when they are worth it. Some times rebates don't get added to my account. I love getting money back.
I explained what my concern was and had a reply back within an hour. My concern was resolved quickly. I really like Ibotta, and they are quick to respond to any needs I have had. I would recommend Ibotta to everyone
I have been using this app for years, recently I have been unfortunately coming into several issues with the app. What I will say though, if it happens on a weekend then yes you'll have to wait until a weekday for your issue to be addressed in most cases, but when it happens during the week one thing I have never been able to complain about is the customer service and support it is absolutely excellent and they go above and beyond to fix any issue or matter!
I purchased three glade air fresheners vinyl credited for two. I did the missing dash back but did not receive. Also my offers for scrubbing bubbles and Windex did not track for the sc Johnson bonus. And there is no way to contact Ibotta
In this experience it took a while to get my answers and help, but the representative Jay did a great job understanding and resolving the issue. 5 stars for Jay, just a bit of a long process to get answers and help

I recently purchased an item from Walmart Online. There was a coupon on there for the item, so I clipped it. I also had a cash back offer through Ibotta. I did not realize that I could only get one of these. However, the agent assisting with my claim proceeded with the Ibotta offer. I am forever grateful for this App. The money I have earned has helped me out several times. And the Customer Service Representatives have done everything in their power to assist me. Thank you!
When I had questions about recent purchases not being reflected I reached out to Ibotta Care Team. The team was quick to respond, look into my questions and concerns and provide a resolution (or clarification to the issue) and response quicker than expected.
My usual purchases are normally processed through the use of my store rewards card, but this time that did not happen. I knew there was a way to resolve the issue, but it was difficult finding the options in the app.
I was having difficulty transferring my funds because I was unexpectedly locked out of my account. Reading through all the help screens only added to my frustration. I attempted to use the chatbot, but they were unable to assist me. Just when I was about to give up, the chatbot informed me that they would forward my issue to customer service. I never expected that this company would have a real person reach out to help me. To my surprise, within a day, someone contacted me via email. They reviewed my account, identified the problem, and completely resolved my issue! Way to Go IBOTTA!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
