I love Ibotta. Not having to submit receipts from my grocery trips (online or in person anymore) is one of the best things they offer. And now they are even more helpful by letting you know you missed an offer that you can still submit within 24 hours of the shopping trip. The only thing that could make this app better is instant payout to Paypal after a shopping trip instead of waiting for a $20 cash out. Their customer service is top-notch.

I have had this app for a couple of years and just love it. Before you go shopping browse through offers click on one s you want or you can scan products while shopping to see if any deals. (Personally I do both) that way I never miss a deal. If something does go right or have question about not getting cash back you can email them and they response quickly and work with you to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app to everyone.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
