I am bewildered about the Food lion dollar. I was under the impression that when I shop at Food lion. I would receive the one dollar on indicated on the toggle Food Lion. Most of my grocery shopping is done at Food Lion but I have not received this Dollar yet. Just don't understand the process thank you.
Twice now I have been missing cash back on items I have purchased from hannaford. My account is linked and I do not submit receipt and there is no way to submit for missing items. Last week I was missing 1 item that would have qualified for an extra bonus and when I reported that nothing was ever done. And I still got an email asking how they did

I didn't receive a $4 bonus and it took less than 12 hours for customer service to respond, put the $4 in my account and close the ticket! And they still had time to be nice and kind and helpful!

I have found the app easy to use and many products that I use or consume daily.
Overall, I find I do not purchase the products available for rebate. Initially there were more "any" products. Also there are other apps that simply scan your receipt and credit you for qualifying purchases. Having to scroll through so many products only to find I didn't purchase anything eligible is time consuming and annoying. Also, reducing my unclaimed credits following the pandemic only further soured my taste. I'll keep using, but not expecting much.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
