I have been using Ibotta for a few years now. My lifetime earnings is about $1300. It's a great way to get rebates on products I normally use, as well as an opportunity to try new products. As I mentioned, I have been using Ibotta for a while. I have only had one bad experience, and it was last Thanksgiving. Other than that, everything has been great.

I was sent a letter to resend the receipt, I did that and also rescanned the items and still didn't get the correct amount.

I bought 2 chocolate bunnies from CVS. When I scanned the receipt it gave me credit for one so went back and added the 2nd bunny. It appeared to give me credit for the 2nd bunny but when it deposited the $ it still only gave me credit for 1 bunny
I had ti submit the receipt so many times. Then when you finally gave me credit, you only gave me credit for 3 or 4 items. Please check my receipt again.
I got credit for the wrong Splenda and now it is holding up me beginning able to send another receipt with that offer
