VERY PATIENT AS WELL. SHE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT HAD HAPPENED TO MY CHAIR & SHE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED. SHE CALLED MY DR. RIGHT AWAY, & GOT ME AN APPT. WITH MY DR. ON APRIL 9TH 2019. I WAS SO PLEASED WITH HER. IM HAPPY I GET TO GET MY NEW CHAIR, BECAUSE I NEED IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MINE IS BROKEN AND IS OUT DATED. From my first call to delivery of my unit I have found the people to be very professional and helpful. Thank you for all your help.
I feel I was treated fairly and understood what I needed to do. The person assisted in explaining to my doctors office the process in order to receive a scooter. The process was not lengthy and very direct to the point.
The representative instructed me in how to proceed in obtaining a new Hoveround and I was impressed with her knowledge.
Hoveround helped to contact my doctors regarding my request to get Hoveround. The representative was extremely helpful and patient.
Keith that brought me the chair explained everything in detail and was so very nice he covered the booklet and told me if I had questions or if something goes wrong call him
We own two Hoverounds, we were trying to get my wife a new one, but, unfortunately, the insurance will not pay for it, and hers is too old to be sreviced.
I requested info for my mother TWICE. She nor i ever received a call. She just suffered a major fall and her doctor recommends a Hoveround for her. We saw the ad for a " friendly specialist that would walk us all the way through the process. That never happened. Very disappointed.
Lady was very courteous and answered my questions. Got my appointment for Dr. Barter's office to fill out paperwork.
From the assistance over the phone, then the 2 times that Mike visited our home, we were treated exceptionally well. We could not be more pleased with our experience. Thank you to all involved.
To get my scooter I was told that I had to see my doctor and Hoveround would send him a form to fill out. I went for my appointment, but the doctor told me he had received no form. I called you back and was told a form wasn't necessary, just a letter from my doctor, You got the letter, but the next time I called I was told you needed a form filled out. Hence my frustration.
From the first phone call I made with questions to the actual delivery of my mothers Hoveround I found the service to be very quick. They lead me through the process with kindness and really did all the work to get my mom her much needed chair. I appreciate that!

My father received a new chair this week. The entire process went smoothly (also in thanks to his doctor who was diligent in filling out the required paper work). Service was quick, and tech was excellent. This hoveround is my father's independence and we can't thank them enough for making this process quick and easy!

I had problems with the doctors office completing forms that were needed for the process. Hoveround call the office and help handle the problem. I am waiting on an answer now if my father was approve or not.
Very pleasant and informative phone call. Received the Doctors forms immediately and gave them to my primary care physician. This is the current status on the electric scooter.
Sarah was very helpful in explaining everything to me and setting up a conference call with my doctor. It turns out I'm not eligible until July 2019 for a new chair but have requested they contact me at that time. Sarah was really professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Answer: Some seem to be getting the equipment supplier mixed up with Medicare. Medicare has theirs own agenda (deny! Deny! Deny!), like most insurance co. Who don't want to pay out. Power wheelchair and scooter companies just do what they can. If a doctor prescribes and Medicare accepts/denies, its not the companies' fault. The doctor is valued to do his duty the best he can and Medicare supposed to do right by the benefiticary. I don't know. Seems a lot of blame is possible, not just with one side of it.

Answer: Yes, if doctor can prove medically necessary. Doctor must make file notes to support and you must have an office visit that only addresses the need for your chair.
