Bought eyebrow pencil on 7/12, on 7/14 they told me I will be emailed with tracking number once order is shipped. Till date I have been calling amd sending emails and no response. Please stay away from this company! Very unprofessional
Ordered almost 4 months ago, took the money... no tracking details, no item sent (said within 24-48hoirs), No email support, only generic Facebook replies, no contact available to be done... Just want a refund HOB-*******... But looks like even that wont happen

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago & they still haven't shipped it. This is ridiculous considering they say it ships in 2-4 days. I strongly suggest you don't order from them! There are so many reliable places with customer service that actually respond. I'm so disappointed I'm out of my money :(
Placed order 4/23/20, said ship in 2-3 days. On 5/7/20 received tracking no., but USPS still has not received as of 5/18/20. Won't answer phone or reply to email. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!
I would not suggest ordering anything like extensions or hair (anything you think you might need to return or exchange). They have been, however, very reliable for purchasing things that are over-the-counter items not sold in my area (ethnic hair supplies like conditioners, shampoos, styling aids, "hair grease", etc.) I never had a problem with the time and quality of shipping until I tried to order hair extensions... that was when it was a nightmare. I've purchased other items from them about six times with no problem before that and since.
House of Beauty shipped me a 4 piece gift collection of Mystique For Women by Penelope Fragrance. The product was fantastic, and the fragrance was incredible. The ordering process is easy, and the goods are normally delivered ahead of schedule. Even, the customer experience is excellent.
I ordered some items from them in My 2022 and when I received my items. I return one item in 2 days and email acknowledged that they received it. And that refund minus restocking fee would be sent back. This is now august 19,2022 and still haven't received my refund back. This company should be closed down and I have contacted BBB and will also be forwarding this to Inspector General cause it's not right. All the people that they are getting money from. Quick to take money out of account but don't wanna return it.
House of Beauty is a haven of all things beauty and wellbeing in Barnsley. I had my nails done by the apprentice Ameleigha and the results are amazing. I have psoriasis which affects my nails, so I am self conscious about them. But the results are fantastic and I am going to get booked in for my next treatment very soon. I highly recommend going there. The staff are wonderful.

I've reached out multiple times via email and left messages on their customer service number. No one has returned my call or replied to my emails other than the auto reply. My order was returned to sender and was placed on 12/17/21. It was for $99.80 I would either like the products or to be refunded.
I waited 14 days for shipping details & it's been over 20 now. Tried to contact them three times & I haven't heard a word back, not even an email saying there is a delay. I hope I get refund because I don't want anything from them. Worst online shop I have ever had to deal with. Anyone who has good to say about them must be one in a 1000. I'm contacting my bank in the next couple of days.

I totally agree with John. I also was told to take a photo of the item I wanted to return although they knew the order number, etc. I would have gladly purchased a different item that matched my needs but they wanted to charge me a 30% restocking fee for an item that weighted 10 ounces. I donated it instead. Rip off company for sure and very rude customer service. I only had contact by email because I don't think their phone system is legitimate. Stay away from them entirely
I placed an order for two items on 7/23/20. Order Status: Shipped. Shipping method: Standard (3-7 days). Six weeks later I still haven't received the items that I PAID for. They processed my payment immediately. I cant get a response from them. They are thieves. Anywhere I can post about this company... I WILL! Dont be fooled. Keep your money. I wish I could rate it a Zero. It's not even worthy of a 1.

This is the worse online store ever. They charged me for something I never received. I emailed these people 4 or 5 times no response. I want my account credited back. I will never order from them again. I have been waiting for a month. I have ordered from other companies and they shipped my stuff right out why this company can't do the same thing. We all are going through a short staff period it doesn't stop companies from fulfilling customers orders. I'm fine with this company.

Terrible terrible service if I oils give 0 stars I would I've emailed over two weeks with no response about my Wahl clippers I ordered. They are faulty extremely loud and lever doesn't stay put. This item is faulty yet they seem to be ignoring me.

I placed an order to House of Beauty World on April 24,2020 for 6 American Crew Spray gels. My credit card was charged the next day. I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have emailed numerous times, received same generic email back, saying due to pandemic shipping times are extended. Tried calling numerous times, always goes to a message giving time business is open, never can talk to a live person. If you are going to charge my credit card, then send my order or write an email that gives detailed information concerning my order, or have the integrity to refund my money if you cannot place the order in a timely manner.

Three phone numbers listed (one on credit card statement, two in the FAqs). The VM box of one is always full. The other two are constant busy signals (not in service). 4 emails re: status of order not responded to. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I just reported these guys to credit card company. Not sure anything will happen. But don't spend your money with them. They are not a valid business concern. No product. No email re: status. The "tracking" link never works (it's not real). Avoid these people.
Worst customer service ever, scammers. I ordered a product a week ago, to date it still has not shipped. You try to cancel and get a full refund and they want to take stocking fees etc. from an item they haven't even pulled. Go figure. Will never order again.
DO not purchase from this company please! Terrible customer service - the worst ever. I ordered a very expensive blow dryer for my mother and it was too heavy for her - I returned it in perfect condition. They called me and accused me of it not being packaged correctly. Then after arguing with them they only refunded me 70%. Be aware of their "restocking fee" that they keep when it's not clear in their return policy. Order from anyone else but House of Beauty. Do research and look at their terrible reviews. I wish I did. Because of House of Beauty, I will never order from another unknown company again.

Do not order from this company ever again, my order came in pieces; what a horror! I spent 101.00 and hardly could have used any of this product. The customer service lady was rude obnoxious and no one resolved my problems. She told me because of $#*!ing customers like me who complains they will not serve the public better... the worst!
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
