OWNERS MUST NEVER BE AROUND

Owners must never be present this this business. Either this or I was talking to the owners daughter. I could not belive the unprofessionalism and complete lack of control by their snot nosed little punk customer service reps. Two seperate incidents where I had to deal with these immature children. I WOULD NEVER work with this bush leage - garage sale professionalism, of a business again.

Bought a heater which once installed obviously leaking- had videos and jacuzzi repair person verifying new heater was leaking- but customer service requires shipping back at my cost to do warranty inspection because it had been installed. How do you know it isnt leaking until you install it? Hopefully I will get a refund- I did purchase a second heater from same company which is functioning well. Disappointed with customer service and poor return process. Steve in TX

Do not do business with these people. Their website claims hot tub covers will ship in 2-3 weeks. I placed an order for a cover and was told after, they charged my card that the "estimated" ship date would be 9 weeks. I asked them to cancel the order and was told that they can't do that. Nice, huh? Buyer beware

I ordered a hot tub part and received a different part for a different brand of hot tub. I called the customer service number and a computer-generated voice said there is no longer telephone customer service. I tried the online chat - it is permanently offline. I tried the online RMA option and it said 'the portal is inoperative.' I used the 'contact us' email on three different days. What I heard back is... crickets. These people are incompetent, unresponsive, thieves who take your money and send you whatever crap they have on hand.

Ordered necessary spa chemicals over a month ago, and I am still waiting for the order. After sending an email requesting a credit, they expedited only part of the order, so as to avoid issuing a credit. It is now over A MONTH and I am still waiting for this shipment. I have requested to cancel the order since I was able to acquire it from a competitors' site. Now they have suspended phone service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Waiting for products will RUIN your spa! Only gave it one star so this warning would be posted. This company is a ZERO!

After waiting 18 days my order still didn't ship, I contacted them and asked when? I finally received a notice that my order was shipped but was in 2 shipments. I waited and I received the first box. I then waited another week, then I received the 2nd box and it was incomplete. I called them and they said the missing items would take another 2 - 3 weeks!
DO NOT BUY FROM HOT TUB WAREHOUSE!
