Bought a heater which once installed obviously leaking- had videos and jacuzzi repair person verifying new heater was leaking- but customer service requires shipping back at my cost to do warranty inspection because it had been installed. How do you know it isnt leaking until you install it? Hopefully I will get a refund- I did purchase a second heater from same company which is functioning well. Disappointed with customer service and poor return process. Steve in TX
