Booked through hotel wiz and clearly they have some sort of deal or something because I saved like $150+ on a same night stay in the heart of Boston honestly it was by far the lowest price even beat out all Airbnbs in the area by almost $100! So far my info hasn't been stolen so I'm pleased overall and we stayed at a really nice Hilton I had a great night!

I was hoping to check with the hotel to make sure they have my reservation. There is no phone number listed on booking email.

Efficient, timely and a good experience. The room was more than expected for the cost.

They claimed they have no visibility into seeing whether or not they got credited from the hotel.
The Hotel credited their account the same day.
When I asked the person at hotelwiz where he was located, he claimed he was in California. I then asked him what his address was and he had to ask someone. I then asked him what the weather was like outside and he hung up.

It was very easy and accessible to use. I enjoy the platform finding cheap spots for a nice long getaway with all of my friends. I'm looking forward very much to using this more in the future

Very quick and easy to book. However haven't received confirmation from hotel I've booked to stay in at this stage

I booked a hotel with Hotelwiz this month for an out of town stay. Unfortunately, our whole family came down with Covid just prior to the trip. One family member required hospitalization. I called Hotelwiz to cancel and avoid taking a plane and contaminating a hotel room with Covid. During my phone call, I was assured that I would see a refund within 3 to 5 days, but would have to pay a penalty fee due to hotel requirements. Hotelwiz customer service decision. I called the hotel and was told a credit was actually issued without penalty due to Covid, as they preferred I not travel while infected. However, Hotelwiz claims they are still waiting to hear "from the hotel" on the matter, and the decision could take 15 days. Very conflicting information, and meanwhile my family is out a chunk of cash during Christmas because I chose to do the right thing. I have sent numerous emails and made follow up calls to no avail. So who really holds my money hostage? Hotelwiz. Very disappointed. This review would not allow me to give 0 stars. Figures.
