Great price, simple and easy booking, this site was the beat price I found in all the internet. Looking forward to book with them again.
They clearly advertise no hidden fees and "no surprises." After I paid for my booking, it said on the confirmation that the resort fees weren't included. I can't find that information in any of my receipts or other emails so I guess that fee will be a surprise when I check in. I have no idea how much it's going to be.
From the onset, Concierge Desk staff very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Great location, nice amenities including Restaurant on the 10th floor, Fitness Center on the seventh floor, ice machine in every hallway on each floor.
Nice view from the room, with privacy blinds to make the room dark if you need it, courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful staff.

Did not like $17 charge for parking. A ripoff, and was not disclosed beforehand. This is not some fancy hotel on the Strip with a parking structure. It has a large surface lot. Like being charged for parking at your local supermarket or Walmart.

The booking process was easy and I got a confirmation email straight away… I am worried though because I have now read all these negative comments about hotelwiz saying it is a scam… I haven't received confirmation from hotel planet Hollywood yet so I am worried that when I get there they won't have my booking… I am only worried because of the negative comments I have read and this is the first time I have used hotelwiz
$30 less then the regular price for same room same hotel. Im pleased to save money.
