I came across HotelWiz while doing a Google price comparison. They had the best price (by far) and a great booking ux on their site. Will book again.
Everything would be great if they knew the hotel resort fees in advance and let the customer know that at the self check in at Rio, only allows the DC name with middle initial to reflect billing name and room name. You need the middle initial only. I called to get information. The customer service ppl were unaware of resort fees.
It is okay. But the toilet have tissue and marks in the toilet. I did let the representative know and she did offer to change the room.

On the confirmation email it stated check in was 12:00am and checked out was 12:00pm clearly that wasn't true as when I arrived at the hotel check in wasn't until 3:00pm so therefore I had to purchase another room because the hotel manger was a pretty little liar. Prior to purchasing another room I called the number on hotelwiz and the representative told me that the email didn't say check in was 12:00am and asked me to screenshot him the confirmation email and I was also told that I couldn't cancel the reservation because it was the morning of the day of the reservation I will never use Hotelwiz again! Rude and disrespectful customer representatives with no compassion!
