Although I haven't arrives at my hotel yet, which will be in a few days, HW immediately emailed me the confirmation and the agreed upon price. They actually are the cheapest across the board for this reservation. I hope to use their service again

My wife fell ill the day we were supposed to travel to visit her dying father. I called customer service well before check-in and asked to move the reservation back three days. The representative claimed that they could not change or refund the reservation amount. The first line at the top of their website reads Free Cancellation. When I asked for further explanation I was met with very rude responses. I eventually asked to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Use any other service out there. This company has no interest in customer service, only in customer money.

I was able to book a room thru these guys for $50 per night I usually pay $94 + fees/taxes for. I found them on Google and was hesitant as it seemed "too good to be true". I'm shocked at the ease of doing business and even more shocked at the continued correspondence from them to make sure I got in and checked in alright and had no concerns I guess to ensure repeat business... which they'll definitely be getting from me!
