As expected, booked what I needed directly online & rang hotel directly to ensure it was confirmed & correct.
I booked 3 rooms for the same weekend, but I had book them one at a time. No way to book multiple rooms.
The booking process was clear and easy to follow. Thanks for following up to be sure we received the confirmation from the hotel.

Price was good, but I thought it was misleading to display a page that made it appear as if I was on the actual hotel's site.

Quick and easy but sneaky and excessive "tax recovery charges and service fees" were added that were not in the advertised price.
So far not so impressed. I (Charles Ritter) made the reservation and somehow my wife's name (Maureen Robinson) got on the reservation.
I found it very easy to book using the site. The confirmation email arrived in a few minutes and I printed it as instructed…easy.
It was very easy to use the website, find what I wanted/needed and complete the booking, especially with the help of autofill.
I had to call the hotel a few hours later to find out if I did have a reservation because I did not get a confirmation from you for sometime.
