The Royal is excellent place to stay, with views over looking the sea and central to the town centre. Booking was very easy not complicated.
I did not realize this was a third party site and the terms and conditions were not clear that you could not cancel your reservation.

The Rimrock is a beautiful hotel and should not have to 3rd party their bookings. It feels shady and against the brand of elite personal service.
