Made my online reservation. Very easy. I did place a call with regard to the cancellation police. Very satisfied.
Making reservation was efficient and received confirmation email quickly. So far so good. I have not checked in yet.

Booking went smooth. The full amount was removed from my visa which I'm not used to so that was a surprise but otherwise good to go.
Staff and room was great. Hiccup with check in but it's being taken care of. Other than the check in part I would give 5 stars.
I live in a flat and can't put my correct address in. It is 10/25 Tylers Road. Please make it easier for us oldies to book.
Smooth. But hotel stank bad especially Hall way. But room was somewhat clean. Husband cleaned up under table.

I thought i was booking direct with Maclin Lodge Campbelltown and ended up with HotelsOnes and paying the accomodation fee straight away i had wanted to use a Stay NSW Voucher but was not given the option, pretty dissapointed

I generally like to book on line direct with hotel, or call hotel direct - I didnt expect to go to a third party when I thought I had clicked on the hotel website.
