Disappointing! The booking seemed reasonable straight forward. However I found the booking was via site jabber!
So I cancelled the booking! That was an unhanded way of doing business!

As expected for a hotel booking confirmation. A little disappointed when I realized I was booking through a 3rd party site as it looked like hotel website.
I recieved a quick response in my email about whatever adjustments and changes i wanted to make to my booking when i saw the error that was made and was told that i was updated and confirmed.
Book directly with the hotel. Cancelation required because the airport was 45 minutes away, but the hotel was advertised as serving the airport. Different booking was required for travel.
Received a confusing email with multiple options funneling mw into leaving this review on the premise that if I don't respond my booking which they've taken payment for will be cancelled.
This is a great location. Nice staff. Free parking. They offer a shuttle to the Grand Old Opry and the General Jackson Showboat -- both are located across the street behind the Gaylord Hotel.
I booked on line for a trip in december hopefully we will not hav any issues with our room as it was the last room available
Quick and easy booking. Nice clean room. Room faced busy highway, but did not hear any road noise. Good hot breakfast. Would definitely book again.
Arrived to find we had a double rather than king bed. Hotel tells me I need to deal with you as it was pre paid and they can give refunds.
Our reservation was quickly confirmed. We have not stayed at the property yet and cannot review on anything other than that. So far, so good!

Would have given 5 stars but there was no explanation for the fee breakdown. Found out could have got sale ton cheaper directly from hotel.
It all went very well end-to-end - no issues whatsoever. I was able to book what I wanted and received the confirmation almost instantly.
I thought I had booked directly with the hotel, but this experience was very easy to understand. Transaction went smoothly without any problems
Good except I need a pet room and there was no spot to include that info, so had to call the hotel directly.
Website is straightforward, was able to book the days and times I wanted without any issues. Overall, very easy process which I appreciate.
