Easy booking experience but how does a survey company expect to get a customer's feedback of there stay when the inquiry is sent at time
Of there booking? Why not send at check out time?
Recommend removing this hotel from your site for travelers until they clean up their act. This appears to be a welfare hotel with skanky long term residents who smoke, leave cigarette butts everywhere and trash about. There are enough resident animals, including large dogs, for a barn. We asked for a pet-free hypoallergenic room and was told that all the rooms have had animals in them. Two unsavory characters walked through the parking lot, looking askance at my suitcase, one of whom disappeared through a hole in the fence. Security had to sit in front of the elevators in the evening. The building exterior is decrepit from many years lack of maintenance. The rooms have old furniture. Lack of attention to detail includes burned out light bulbs in the windowless basement breakfast room, with broken fridge and beverage dispensers. The elevator certificate had expired and the the elevator jolted at the top floor. We are grateful the elevator worked. The dryer was broken and the room littered and wet. The original building was well done and with renovation and remediation of the defects, this could be a much better place.
I thought I was booking my reservation directly with the hotel so I was quite surprised to find it was actually HotelsOne. Hopefully all will work out fine.
I was charged $70 over the hotel rate as service and tax fees. Paid in advance and when I got the confirmation, I was shocked that I had called Hotelsone.com. I feel ripped off now. Not cool.
I applied for a reservation online. My computer lost connectivity just as I supplied my credit card information. I called the hotel and was told 'yes' I do have your information.
Imagine my experience sleeping last night in the basement of the former Federal District Courthouse in Jackson (now Courthouse Basara) where as a new member of the Mississippi Bar I argued a motion before Judge Harold Cox 44 years ago! Attending the Mississippi Book Festival now as a retiree, evoked so many reminders of my 1970-90s years in Jackson—just across from the MS Governor's Mansion where I once spent a night and my law office where I first practiced in Jackson high up in the former Deposit Guaranty National Bank on Capitol Street, just a few blocks from the Mayflower Cafe. Such a nostalgia trip!
So far very easy. Handy. As I am not real good with all this technology I found it quite simple to do the booking online and was very happy with how easy it was so Thank you.
It was easy to make the reservation. I found the cancellation date information confusing. Is it really impossible to cancel with refund after a date in June?
Quick and easy. So far the experience has been great but haven't got to the room yet. We hope everything will go smooth and our room will be ready.
Best price and room.
Booked for a 3 night stay. There was a 10% off which I did not receive off my total and the rooms were 2 different rates which I did not know until after I paid for it. Disappointing
I was surprised to see a large fee tacked on the the final cost of the room because I booked with HotelsOne. I supposed I should have just called the hotel directly.
Fast booking, easy to get what I wanted, and see the room I was getting. I was super stressed out trying to book a room on a weekend that seemed to be completely sold out, so this was a huge relief.
The date box is too wide and looks like you ought to put the whole date in and not just the 2 digit date.
The Green Button did not seem to work so tried 3 times
I thought that there would be a page before the confirmation page. My credit card was charged before I decidedly chose to do this. A warning needs to be built into the system, in my opinion.
I only wish you would confirm the name of the hotel I booked. It was a different name than HotelsOne so I had to do a bit of research to find if you were one in the same.
The actual rate at the hotel was $165 and I was charged $203. I contacted them and made a complaint and they would not offer me any compensation for the difference.
Hi,
Booking process was straight forward, but the fact that the booking was non refundable was never mentioned until I had already submitted payment. That isn't honest sales.
I paid 49.00 for the room and was charged over a hundred. Thought the price was for the hotel fee that they charge. Nope I was also charged at the hotel. Unreal. I will Not come to this sight again.
I just don't understand why I have to pay before I stay in the hotel room. I understand half down but the full pay before staying there? Not sure I agree with that.
We love our room and the process was easy. We booked the room with now issues and the check in went very smooth. The staff were very welcoming and we were treated very well. The rooms are beautiful!
