This company has robbed me of 100 euros, it is a scam please don't use it. They damage my calendars. I have double bookings
They purposely promise paying features for free:

I would never buy anything from such a dishonest company.

We're using HotelRunner for our business for long time now and it works flawlessly across all booking engines. They also provide you the platform to accept direct booking from your own website and we managed to take advantage of it and it served us lots of money paying booking fees to third parties. I paid the bought the HotelRunner Channel Manager for 2 years. I was duped in by over 50% discount offered by them. Now I regret that I should have never gone for it. We have repeatedly over booked by Channel Manager, contacted them on all the occasion. We received reply but after 24 to 48 hours latter. They do not have customer service. You can only contact them though Email only. No online chat, no phone number to call only through email. I requested them several occasions to have an online session to explain how we keep the updated inventory but no chance. I even told them that if they do not arrange an online session, I will have no option but to leave them... and you know what- no reply. At last I have no option but to leave them negative feedback here and leave them at half of the contract and I am going for somebody else. I have contacted the guy called Abel at Hotelunner, and always received a standard reply.
Avoid them at all costs if you can.
I am an English speaking hotel owner in Turkey. HotelRunner has helped me no end because they actually work with all the relevant Turkish hotel selling channels as well as the international ones. I love their app which means I can update availability wherever I am. Their highly knowledgeable staff have answered numerous questions in English (I thank them for their patience!)... I cannot recommend this channel manager highly enough.

Hotelrunner is a great tool that help especially for small companies. We started to use this tool since from 3 months and overall this website exceed my expectations. Was having difficulties connecting to my booking, but after the weekend I was contacted by someone who helped resolve the issue. I just wish they would have support over the weekends, since that is also the busiest of times for us. But it was good to at least have my issue fixed in a timely manner.

It took a bit to figure out how to connect via live chat, little orange pop-up button at the bottom of the page FYI. Once in the live chat the service was amazing. Clearly answered questions and I also got great follow up from Andrew, who I'm guessing must me the manager. Only ask would be weekend availability.

I've been using HotelRunner to manage my Villa for more than 3 years with no issues. They have great customer service who are really helpful. I had some issues with the Tripadvisor channel (directly with TA) and HotelRunner stepped in to help and refund my money immediately.

Since I joined with HR I saw many good online partners on it's platform and got many guests around the world. On the other hand their 24 hrs Channel Supporting is very responsive and especially in 2019 more effective. Today I had some room price problem with other booking platform but I informed to HR and within a couple of hours all problems has done very successfully.
