Originally I was impressed on how helpful this gal was. But I also thought I was speaking to the front desk of the hotel. After making my reservation I went to the Website on where I was to stay. There I find how about their special rates and discounts. If only I had made my reservation directly with the hotel. I would have gotten a much better rate!

Reserved a room in the tower side. Confirmed once again received verbal confirmation. All done while driving get to the hotel and informed there are no rooms available on tower side no matter what I paid for. No Way!

The lady lied to me i asked for a nice hotel when we got to the hotel it had $#*! on the walls com on the bed disgusting, dirty walls, chairs, broken. I have pictures of everything. I canceled the whole reservation. I need my money back
The person answered with the name of the hotel I was calling so naturally I thought I was talking to the hotel front desk. I was told I would be given the best rate. It was $371 for the two nights.
When I arrived and told the clerk how shocked I was about the rate, she showed me the total price should have been $245. Which is what the hotel received for the transaction.
I was quite pleased with my experience in acquiring a reservation at the Hampton Inn in Counce, TN. My representative was professional and addressed my needs.

On the road with my son driving late as we can on I-80. Called Hugo for a room close to the highway. He set us up with the perfect room in Les than 5 mins.
5 star service. Can't wait the sleep in those comfy beds!

Carlos was great and helpful in booking our stay on the queen mary. However I was requesting a specific room which apparently you can't request a specific room. At over 300. Dollars a night I should be able to, just saying...
Julian did a fantastic job of booking my one nights stay in August at the Anchorage Inn. He was very professional as we spoke it's nice to have employees like that

Jolene was very nice to deal with. She repeated all of the info for my reservation to make sure it was correct. Somewhere in the translation, it was lost that I DO NOT want to pay for refund services. I will attempt to fix this at the ComfortInn upon arrival.

Having to continue a reservation for my son who was affected by the ice storm in ms. My hotel planner was very nice helped me find what was available and even gave me advice on having my son talk to the front desk and hopefully stay in the same room

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
