There's no better group booking solution available on the planet. Helped us secure a room in impossible conditions. Where hotels in Monaco were £3000+ booking experts placed us a 20 minute cab ride away from Monaco in 4 star hotel for £200 per night only two weeks before the Monaco Grand Prix. Absolute no brainier
I was able to book my vacation through the website without any issue. For a reasonable price, i got a beautiful suite with my girlfriend.

The site did not clearly describe the room then gave terrible customer server. On Facebook they removed my first honest review. No need for these tricks go with a straight forward company my fellow travelers!

Thank you for review in regards to your reservation booked using our services. We were able to locate your reservation in our system and we are able to verify that you reservation is cancelled in our system and a full refund has been issued back to you.
Per the information in your review we were able to follow up with the specialist that was assisting you and you initially emailed to verify what does “Room Only” means and information was communicated to you that it is your room only that was prepaid so any additional charges in regards to you reservation would be allocated at the hotel directly but only your room was prepaid using our services. You then sent a follow up email inquiring about the room type as you indicated it was vague and could not find it on the hotels website and on your behalf our specialist reached out to the hotel and the hotel indicated that the reservation is booked as a Beachfront Double. This has 2 double beds and this information was communicated to you.
You then sent a follow up email indicating that this is not a suit as listed and this information was also provided to the hotel and the hotel advised that the booking is the same type of room, the descriptions and names usually vary depending on where you find them. The wording of the room type will not be the same for every travel agency and the hotel confirmed that the room type that you booked in our system ((Room Type: Suite Beach Front Deluxe ( ROOM ONLY)) is the same room type that they confirmed with our specialist and that it depends through which agency you booked you reservation through as the wording may be different – there was no tricky, false advertising or deceptive information provided to you at the time that you booked your reservation and on your behalf the hotel also confirmed that it was the same room type.

I decided to go on a last minute trip, with the ladies to San Francisco! We spent about a week looking for hotels as we are all students and was looking for a decent price but a good hotel (what are the chances). I came across HotelPlanner.com on a google search and found such amazing prices and amazing hotels! My friends and I loved our hotel and being able to book it through hotel planner was even better, saved us so much time, I wish someone had told us about this site before I wasted hours searching. Will defiantly use this site again. Off to Hong-Kong in a few weeks, we've already booked our next hotel.

Viva Las Vegas! Booked my stay in Vegas with Hotel Planner. I stayed at the Cosmopolitan. The beauty of this hotel cannot be described with words. The price was unbelievably cheap and I had breakfast thrown in for free. I'm definitely booking my next trip through Hotel Planner

This link was provided in the wedding website for a wedding I am attending. I knew the resort so when I saw the charge on my account I just assumed the rates were correct. Until I checked with other people and found out they booked directly from the resort and received the wedding discount. I was charged $50 more than anyone else. Was told that the prices fluctuate. What a scam. Will never use again.

The bridal couple did not specify in the information on their site that the discounted rooms are through the hotel directly under their wedding block - they provided the link for hotels of their reference through the template provided on the wedding website that is usually used for overflow of rooms once the block has been completely boked.
Information is not made known to us if the couple has a block with the hotel directly as reason being they should have clearly communicated the information and instruction on their wedding website on how to get the rate for their specified block with the hotel.
As a gesture of goodwill our Reservation Specialist did offer you a $50 USD hotel voucher towards a future reservation on behalf of HotelPlanner and it is confirmed that the voucher was accepted and sent to you via email.

After booking through HotelPlanner.com for a friend's wedding, the website barely worked as it should. I tried on Safari several times and it didn't work. I tried on Chrome and I had to refresh twice for it to work. (A five minute process taking about 25 at this point.) And finally, the site automatically selected dates, doubling my reservation. There are 7 charge attempts on my credit card statement proving the above. Yet, when I called support and explained, they refused to correct this. Now, I am paying for a room I don't need. Customer service is the last priority for this vendor.

I booked a room for my whole family which means four of us. When we got to the hotel they wanted us to pay for a bigger room. HotelPlanner paid the upgrade fee. I will always use this site and recommend them to others.
I booked 2 nights 1 room at Best Western in Pompton Plains NJ through HotelPlanner for total of 276.47. Everything was good up until my mom got a call in the morning that my dad is really sick and we had to go home, back to NH. Now I called HotelPlanner and they said they can refund me for the night I didn't stay at. It's been 2 Weeks and Counting, I have called several times and left humorous number of voicemails. I call and they redirect me to a woman who never answers or even responds. I called again 4 days later and they did samething, after I asked nicely to not redirect me to that woman. I hung up, called and asked again for a good 5 minutes finally the girl didn't redirect me to that lady. But, They are still leading me on, telling me they will refund me, they just have to talk to the hotel manager and get the receipt of the night I stayed for and then they will refund me. I have the receipt but for some reason and I don't know why but they have to talk to the hotel manager, they can't just take my receipt I got from the hotel. I called the hotel manager and she told me there is no one by that name that called or left her any voicemail messages. So if it is 2 weeks and counting, I shall just say that my $138.23 is not ever gonna be returned back to me. They ripped me off and I hope you take my advice and not go with this site because if any problem randomly occurs at all, they won't resolve it. They'll keep you hanging. Also, they deleted my bad review on Facebook so they're just trying to lure people in thinking that this company is worth 4.4 star rating when they aren't worth that. Because they ripped me off a lot of money, I am never recommending this site to anyone. Because this happened to me, then I know for sure I am not the only one that this is happening to.

We appreciate the opportunity to review you concern and apologize for this experience. Our reservation specialist was able to contact the hotel on your behalf and the reason that you were not yet refunded was because the hotel was having a difficult time locating your reservation.
HotelPlanner was able to provide the hotel the company’s internal information over the course of the date that you booked your reservation and the hotel was able to locate the reservation under a different person’s name so unfortunately HotelPlanner was not made aware that you modified the name on the reservation internally with the hotel which led to the confusion and refund not yet being processed.
Nonetheless, the hotel was able to provide the requested documentation to our reservation specialist and you have been issued a refund for the last night of your reservation that was not utilized. Please note that refunds do take between 3 – 7 business days for the funds to be allocated back to your account.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
