The other reviewer is right, it is best if you get your package confirmed well in advance because the best ones go fast. I got an outstanding deal at the JFK Hilton with vacation parking, round trip shuttle to the terminal, and the night b4 my flight in the hotel, for less than I used to pay just to park my car in the airport lot. Confirmation can take a day or two since the reservation doesn't get in the hotel's system right away, but the savings make that minor difference well worth it. I've been using them for 2 years and so far they've been helpful when I've called with a question, & my 3 package setups have come off without a hitch.
Booked online with these guys, left deposit that was to be applied to my bill with my selected hotel. Was not applied at hotel they had my booking but knew nothing of the deposit, was told to check with booking site. Contacted site and have heard nothing back from them.
This company is not worth using- their website is not up to date and when you are giving them your credit card details to book there is no guarantee that what you are booking is available, as happened to me. They then changed me to a hotel which didn't have the full number of days parking included so I was charged more.
We made reservations for a park and fly out of SFO Feb 7th 2016. Because of Super Bowl all or most hotels were booked and had price tags of $300 and up, even Days in had high price tags. We received Hotelnparking confirmation and waited a few days before calling the hotel, just to make sure that we did have a reservation. The hotel, CITI Garden Hotel So SF didn't have a record of a reservation and said that HotelnParking didn't even have a contract with them. I called Hotelnparking and the clerk said yes that is right we don't have a contract but will have one in a few days. I immediately told them to cancel, requested a confirmation # for the cancellation and also wanted them to credit the money they charged to our credit card.
My opinion is DO NOT use them, call around directly to hotels, you'll do much better and sometimes it can be cheaper.
We used HotelNParking for our 1 week cruise out of San Pedro on 10/18/15. It seemed like a good place online. It wasn't. The first thing we noticed was the parking lot filled with cigarette butts. There were also ants parading the length of the parking lot.
When we went to our room we noticed that there weren't any towels or wash cloths. There weren't any in the spa either. We requested towels and were given two although we needed four since we were intending to use the spa as well.
We also noticed that there was dust on every horizontal surface in the room and we don't know if a vacuum cleaner has ever been in the room.
The bed had a major squeak with any movement so if one of us turned over in the night it woke the other.
The breakfast was totally inadequate, serving warm milk and horrendous coffee that wasn't even drinkable.
The transportation to the cruise terminal was also unacceptable. The motel staff said that they would only make one trip to the cruise terminal and that they wouldn't leave until 11:30 even though checkout time was 11:00. There were 13 passengers that were going to the terminal and they had a 14 person van. This of course doesn't allow for luggage so we asked about the luggage and were told that a pickup truck would carry the luggage. I asked where my wife's wheelchair would go and they said it would have to ride in the truck. That was not acceptable so we took a taxi to the terminal which cost us an extra $25.
We will never stay here and we hope that this is read by others who will be adequately warned to stay away also.
Can't even began to explain the trouble we have been through. But needles to say we are still fighting for our deposit back

If you're not booking for the Pope's visit, they usually can get you your first choice, otherwise the competition is hot around holidays, etc and the packages go like lightning. I've saved so much with this site, though, that I make it my business to get in early so I'm all set.
Last trip I saved >50% off airport lot parking, about 10% off the other best price, and got a free shuttle and breakfast. All I need is the best price, and I'm happy.
We booked and got reservation confirmation and when we got to hotel they knew nothing about it and said we got scammed. So my family including young kids in Chicago we searching for another hotel. First time I have been scammed. I called and left 5 messages and no reply. Learn from my mistake folks!
This site lists packages with well-known hotels at prices I couldn't even match on the hotel's own site. Because those pkgs go fast, sometimes you can't get your first choice, but they always do their best to get us the best deal. Can't complain about 50% less than airport parking alone for a room, shuttle & vacation parking! Recommend.
I booked a hotel and park package for 6 months out. The web site would not accept my one credit card, as it would have expired by the time of our stay. Therefore, I had to use another of my credit cards. While I was doing this, my husband checked their ratings. Once he told me how bad they were, I called them and canceled my reservation. I was then informed I would be charged $10. (Oh well). I asked when I would expect a credit for the $14.00 and they said within 3 days. 6 days later, still no credit. ALSO, I am now receiving credit card charges for the hotel for the entire amount (note charges, as it 2). I have since tried to call the HotelnParking company, and only receive a recording to send an email to an 'aol' account our go on line. I have now contacted my credit card company to file a formal dispute. DONT USE THIS SERVICE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND YOU TIME TRYING TO RECONCILE THEIR OVERCHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.
Even though HotelnParking sent me several confirmations with the correct date of my reservation when I arrived at the hotel they had received a reservation from the site for the previous night. The hotel was completely booked and I was out a place to stay. They showed me on their computer that they had indeed been sent the wrong information. Not a good situation at 1:00 am after cross country travel!
I supposedly got a good deal to stay at a hotel when going on a cruise. I was told that the money charged to my credit card was a deposit to hold my room. The hotel never had any record of the deposit and the hotel confirmation number turned out to be bogus. I called Hotelnparking to complain and then was told that the money was actually their fee for getting me a better deal. In actuality the price I got directly from the hotel chain was far better and I can kiss my money good bye, So much for their website claim of no hidden fees, no charges, etc.
Early march we booked a stay for late aug. One month later we get a call that your hotel is completely booked. We phoned the hotel and they said, they sent many faxes to them that they will no longer do business with this company. Well talk about a red flag. Now they asked that they can book me somewhere else, so the can cancel again on us. Well after 6 phone calls finally got deposit back... if the price is too good to be true... buyer beware... also they never sent emails on booking.
I was tempted to book a pre-cruise room with parking through this site because the rate is so much lower than what I was seeing from other sites. After reviewing complaints and the BBB website, I decided otherwise. An "F" rating from the BBB is a bad sign. Hotelparking.com lied on their website about being BBB accredited initially and was asked by BBB to remove the logo and BBB name from their website. Red Flag. Though I don't have any experience with them, I would avoid doing any business with them.
Booked a Syracuse Hotel stay before and after a fly-out vacation. The terms were precisely as advertised and made the process quite convenient. The deposit was charged to our card, we received an initial email and then a follow-up email to confirm our stay, and the hotel was well aware of our request. We were able to pay the hotel in cash which worked well for us in order to save the exchange rate on our credit card. The hotel indicated that they regularly get reservations through this website with no difficulties. I would use this site again in the future.
This is an absolutely terrible company. DON'T book through them! They called me to tell me the hotel I had booked was full and they would book a new one for me. They said they would send me a confirmation email with the new hotel which they never did- so, we didn't know where we were going to be staying. We made other arrangements and left several messages with the company to try and cancel our reservation or get our confirmation email. We were charged for the hotel room anyway. When we tried to talk to the company about this they hung up on us.
I would avoid this site. Used this site to book a park and fly stay near the Minneapolis airport. First thing I noticed was that they charge their fee to your credit card immediately, even before they've booked you a room. You instead get an email indicating that they will attempt to book you a room -- this was not good because I needed the room in less than 24 hours. I finally received confirmation they had booked the room, but the clerk at the motel told me they didn't book park and fly packages through 3rd party sites. They did agree to grant me a discount to get me close to the rate advertised on HotelNParking, but I gathered this was a one-time exception. The final insult came when I saw HotelNParking had charged my card twice, and they still hadn't removed the charge after I contacted them twice and they finally called me back. Said it would be "referred to accounting", but after a few more days I called my credit card company to finally resolve the issue.
I used my credit card on this page to book a hotel and parking... and the next few days I see the credit-card information was used for some online purchases I have no idea about. This was the only webpage I used the particular credit card and cant suspect anything/ anyone else.
I also have multiple charges from this booking to resolve (redundant charges, hold's that arent released etc)
