Hello, I made a reservation on March 14th 2016 for December 09 2016 for the Red Roof Hotel in Miami. The reservation number is HNP166377. I am trying to reach them by phoneto get some confirmations at 516-488-6600, but there is no answer. I want to confirm the parking of 8 days for the cruise, and I also want to know at what time is their shuttle for the port of Miami. Could somebody tell me how I can reach them? Yes the hotel has timings scheduled to correspond with the ship departure times.
The hotel front desk attendant will assist you with arranging this the night before your cruise when you check into the hotel.
