This place is a fraudulent company and the "customer service" reps are horrible. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and was told "we don't have an owner, we're just a website"
I wish I could rate them a zero. I booked a Toronto hotel with them but the deposit was taken off my Visa in U.S. currency rather than Canadian. When I emailed to cancel they denied charging me in U.S. funds. I emailed back with my Visa statement as proof but never heard from them again. They have not confirmed cancellation nor refunded the deposit...
OMG, I just read other reviews and see that someone had odd charges on their Visa card after booking with these guys. Three days after using Hotelnparking a fraudulent $1200 was put through on my card, when I contacted my bank they cancelled the card and issued another one over the security breach. Beware!
I wanted to park my car for 8 days around Christmas when flying out of Boston. I considered several options including Park Stay Go packages, using Uber, taking Amtrak, Economy lot parking and more. I'm happy this option worked for me.
As a first-time user, I booked at Holiday Inn Saugus and had no issues whatsoever. Also, HotelNParking gave me a discounted rate as compared to booking directly through the hotel itself! ($153 as opposed to $180 + hotel tax).

I made a reservation for a hotel room for 1 night and 7 days parking with Parkingaccess.com. I received an onscreen confirmation. The next day I was emailed a different confirmation number from a company called Hotelnpark, yet their email address is Shuttlefare, LLC. Of course the dates were incorrect, I am flying within 48 hours and calling Hotelnpark resulted no human, just a recording telling me to send them an email. I called Parkingaccess and spoke with a woman who assured me they would make the correction, and I would receive an email within 5 hours stating such. WRONG! So I call back, and on hold for 20 minutes, and again am assured the reservation has been properly amended. Because I realized that I have chosen a less than stellar company, I called the hotel myself. And they had no reservation in my name for the wrong date, or the amended date. Sadly, I wasn't surprised.
I decided to cut my losses and cancel my reservation with them. I had the displeasure of dealing with a very rude, overtalking old man with a heavy Indian accent. Ultimately I hung up on him and called American Express to block any attempts by them to further access my credit card. Then I emailed all 3 entities to cancel the reservation.
And this morning I wake up to an email from Shuttlefare informing me that they corrected the reservation. That is what they should have done 24 hours ago. I will happily pay the $10 cancellation fee to be done with these chuckleheads.
I called the hotel directly, and made my reservation.

It was difficult to understand the website, where to go, what to select and mos timoortantly, where to find the information I was looking for.
If you're not booking for the Pope's visit, they usually can get you your first choice, otherwise the competition is hot around holidays, etc and the packages go like lightning. I've saved so much with this site, though, that I make it my business to get in early so I'm all set.
Last trip I saved >50% off airport lot parking, about 10% off the other best price, and got a free shuttle and breakfast. All I need is the best price, and I'm happy.
I recently reviewed Americas Best Value Inn and my disappointment in their not answering their phone when I called repeatedly for a shuttle pick up. I decided it was appropriate to, indeed, contact them directly. You will be pleased to know they were very apologetic and said their phones had been down. [That was no help to me Monday night.] I understand they had my phone number and could have used an alternated phone to give me a heads up. Without my suggesting it, the lady to whom I was speaking offered to refund my cab fare.
Booked a hotel they claimed was a DTW property. No address provided until after booking completed. It was no where near the airport. Tried to immediately cancel. Cancel function not working but now told about $10 cancellation fee! Sent email. Still waiting. Worse website ever!
Early October we reserved a night at Rodeway Inn in Revere, MA and 8 nights parking there for $245 through Hotelnparking.com. We received a confirmation notice complete with reservation number.
When we arrived at Rodeway they did not have our reservation for either the hotel stay nor the parking. They informed us that when we made the reservation 2 weeks prior with hotelnparking, they were already sold out! They should not have made the reservation in the first place or at least contacted us immediately to let us know this. We scrambled furiously and frantically to finally get a room and another parking lot to accommodate us. It cost us $288 for the room alone and $171 to park. We paid $214 more than we had planned and we wanted to be compensated for this which was way over our budget. The only good thing about this was that they did not charge our credit card.
I have contacted them on 2 occasions regarding their ability to take reservations and inability to keep them without any response. Even if they were unable to provide us with the additional amount we were asking for, they could have at least responded with an apology for putting us out like they did. How can anyone trust this company if this is what they do?
The hotel suggested that anyone who reserves nights at hotels through a 3rd party should always confirm with the hotel directly that they received the reservation. Great advice!
Hotel and parking. Com is a great website, it was easy to use and bookings were done with ease. It is an authentic website, I have been booking with them for quite some time and never had any problem.
I booked a room from this company. Received confirmation and they posted $22.80 to my credit card right away. A week goes by and when I log on no file case could be found. I called hotel and a reservation was never made. So I booked with hotel directly and now have reservation. I then called hotelnparking to cancel reservation. I requested them to send me an email with confirmation of cancellation. I have emailed numerous times and called to request this email to confirm my cancellation. I have not received an answer to my emails nor have I received an email confirming my cancellation. I don't trust this site and will never use it again. Also the did not refund my money on credit card minus $10 service fee (which is a rip off) So consumer beware

Booked a Syracuse Hotel stay before and after a fly-out vacation. The terms were precisely as advertised and made the process quite convenient. The deposit was charged to our card, we received an initial email and then a follow-up email to confirm our stay, and the hotel was well aware of our request. We were able to pay the hotel in cash which worked well for us in order to save the exchange rate on our credit card. The hotel indicated that they regularly get reservations through this website with no difficulties. I would use this site again in the future.
I supposedly got a good deal to stay at a hotel when going on a cruise. I was told that the money charged to my credit card was a deposit to hold my room. The hotel never had any record of the deposit and the hotel confirmation number turned out to be bogus. I called Hotelnparking to complain and then was told that the money was actually their fee for getting me a better deal. In actuality the price I got directly from the hotel chain was far better and I can kiss my money good bye, So much for their website claim of no hidden fees, no charges, etc.
Hotelnparking.com has great staff, they are humble and always ready to help you out. Their service is very good, they don't cheat on you like similar service providers. I have been booking with HotelNParking.com with past couple of years and I never had any problem and their rates have been low comparing to other service providers.
I heard about this site on a cruise last year, where people recommended them for their rock bottom prices on package deals. I told my Dad and since then we've had no issues. I am an obsessive doublechecker, though, and always call to confirm everything before I leave because vacationers know Murphy's law is real!
We're happy so far, they've been fine with us. I've also used Stay123, whose prices are in the same range - they're good too.
This site lists packages with well-known hotels at prices I couldn't even match on the hotel's own site. Because those pkgs go fast, sometimes you can't get your first choice, but they always do their best to get us the best deal. Can't complain about 50% less than airport parking alone for a room, shuttle & vacation parking! Recommend.
If you're on this site you've probably already made the same mistake I made. If you haven't already tried to make reservations through them, please run away. This site has caused me much stress. They will not respond to you! Nada, nothing. You call the hotel and they can't provide any information other than there is something happening with you through a third party. Tried to cancel the reservation on the site and the site said it couldn't find my reservation. I'm reversing transactions on my credit card from this site. This site is a scam. Stay away.
I always wind up using this site even if I shop around because the prices are so good, and the hotels are names I know (Hampton Inn last time). I live in NY so leaving my car at the cruise port, or airport for that matter, is just astronomical. Once I had to call to change my plans last minute, and once they had to redo my resv because the hotel overbooked - I have to say, both times the staff were friendly and professional, going the extra mile to make me happy. I'll use them again.
