Was worried about booking bc of some bad reviews but this site was WONDERFUL. Always responded to my emails quickly and hotel and parking was exactly as booked. Great stay. Car was safe. Even did international conversion of money correctly! Best price hands down too!
I reserved a room through hotelnparking.com but was dismayed to realize--after I'd given them my credit card information--that I hadn't really booked the room yet. After the transaction I received an email from them saying they would let me know when my reservation was confirmed. The next day I still had not received a reservation confirmation or any guarantee that I'd actually get the room I had paid for. I then did a little research--too late to help me, unfortunately--and found they have an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau and many complaints against them. I looked at their website and noticed (again, too late) that they charge $10 to cancel a reservation. I called my credit card company and explained the situation but they said they couldn't get my money back unless I went to the hotel and didn't have a room waiting for me. I couldn't risk that. Thought I felt sick about it, in light of what I had discovered from the BBB and other complaints I figured I'd pay the $10 to get out of this shady deal and chalk it up to a lesson learned. My credit card company (Capital One) representative was kind enough to offer to call them with me as I cancelled my "reservation." The person who answered (their non-toll free number) said I'd have to speak to a manager. After a very long hold, a man came on the line and--though the credit card company advised him he was on a recorded line--proceeded to be extremely rude. It was awful.
If you're on this site you've probably already made the same mistake I made. If you haven't already tried to make reservations through them, please run away. This site has caused me much stress. They will not respond to you! Nada, nothing. You call the hotel and they can't provide any information other than there is something happening with you through a third party. Tried to cancel the reservation on the site and the site said it couldn't find my reservation. I'm reversing transactions on my credit card from this site. This site is a scam. Stay away.
I booked accommodations to include lodging, 24-hour airport shuttle, and long-term parking. Upon arrival at hotel, was informed there is no shuttle. There is also no long-term parking offered but the hotel eventually agreed to let me park. Paid nearly $50 for a taxi to the airport for departure. Will incur similar expense for arrival back to the hotel. I tired to call the phone numbers listed, which recommends sending an email. I left voicemail and sent emails to no avail. I booked this option to alleviate stress and in the end paid $27.60 + the room fee + taxi + added stress at 4 am departure time. I could have stayed at a premier property closer to the airport for what I ended up spending.
This gem of a place has the best prices hands down. You do have to make sure you have your confirmation email - the rep I spoke to explained the hotels confirm these packages manually, not electronically. Whatever, as long as I save money, and that's what I do when I leave my car at their listed hotels. I've never had an issue with their staff either, who've been polite and efficient whenever I called.
I recommend them.
Booked through HotelNParking, never received confirmation, had to park elsewhere, total hassle, THEN was charged by them. Spent over an hour on multiple phone calls trying to dispute the charges. Jay (manager) was a total jerk, super rude, and I had to ask him multiple times to stop shouting and lower his voice. Not worth the hassle AT ALL. They finally agreed to eliminate the charges, but I had to be extremely assertive. Hate that!
Thanks for your remarks Awna. Terribly sorry that your last minute request that was received less than 15 hours prior to your flight takeoff and it couldn't be expedited for you. The site is pretty clear about processing time, and perhaps if you had notified one of us (either the hotel or one of our service reps) at least 24 hours prior to give us a chance to have it processed (as it states on the site before booking) we might have been more helpful. I'm really glad that you were honest about getting your Full Refund, so where's the fraud? Under your circumstances, a little more flexibility, and a little less shouting 'fraud' might be advisable. Maybe next time you need last minute service with no notification, consider calling a taxi. All the best!
I heard about this site on a cruise last year, where people recommended them for their rock bottom prices on package deals. I told my Dad and since then we've had no issues. I am an obsessive doublechecker, though, and always call to confirm everything before I leave because vacationers know Murphy's law is real!
We're happy so far, they've been fine with us. I've also used Stay123, whose prices are in the same range - they're good too.

I made a reservation thru the online site and did not hear back in 24 hours. I then called the hotel directly and made a reservation when they said they had not received the reservation from hotelnparking. I then emailed hotelnparking to cancel my non-reservation. They are still charging me $10.
We Booked our hotel in New Orelans for spring break several months in advance through hotelnparking. Com. As we were approaching New Orleans we called the hotel to see about get an early check in. We had been driving all night at this point. It was at this point that we were told we had NO RESERVATION! Although we had been charged a deposit two months prior and had a confirmation. The hotel said that someone from hotelnparking canceled the reservation exactly one week prior to us arriving and they were not given a reason why and so could not tell us any details. They told me to contact hotelnparking which I did about 20 times both by leaving phone messages and sending an email. We have never received any response or a refund. It was a total disaster trying to find another hotel and ended up paying an additional $300 for the hotel and now parking which we were trying to avoid at the port. These people are crooks and nearly ruined our entire vacation.
They state no service fees. The price I paid at the hotel was their normal rate and the 22.50 I paid as a deposit went to hotelnparking. Best bet is to call hotel directly for park and fly option.
But it is True! There are No Service Fees! The advance deposit portion that you prepaid was a portion of your room rate. It was Deducted from your total cost and credited to you at checkin! Take a look at your email confirmation and another look at your hotel bill. You'll see the credit... its there! If you were to book directly at the hotel you would have paid at least 15-20% higher, because they give our clients volume discounts.

Unfortunately 0 star rating is not an option! Well in advance I used this site to reserve A PRE-cruise hotel and 5 day length of cruise parking in Ft Lauderdale. Received confirmation of reservation via email with confirmation numbers etc. Lucky, 2 weeks prior to date of reservation we called the hotel just to confirm... and guess what!... there was absolutely no record of our reservation! The confirmation numbers we were sent weren't even the proper number of digits... We immediately tried to contact this site, trying all 3 phone numbers we had been given and got nothing but answering machines. We did leave messages but did not hear back for over 12 hours! Customer Service obviously is not their strongpoint... assuming they even have a strong point. They did absolutely nothing to help resolve the problem or to offer any kind of compensation for our time or trouble. In the end we made our own reservation for a room and parking (actually at the same hotel where we thought we had the original reservation) and ended up saving 100$!
My conclusion is that this site is totally UNdependable and a total rip-off! ThAnk goodness we didn't just arrive the night before our cruise and find that we had no place to stay or park our car and no way to contact other than an answering machine... not how I would want to start a vacation!
I recently reviewed Americas Best Value Inn and my disappointment in their not answering their phone when I called repeatedly for a shuttle pick up. I decided it was appropriate to, indeed, contact them directly. You will be pleased to know they were very apologetic and said their phones had been down. [That was no help to me Monday night.] I understand they had my phone number and could have used an alternated phone to give me a heads up. Without my suggesting it, the lady to whom I was speaking offered to refund my cab fare.
Their prices are so good I had to check to make sure they were legit. Twice already (my bother & I used them 6 times in 2 1/2 yrs) I paid less on hnp than the advertised price on the hotel's own site - you can't do better than that. I don't love that the switchboard is ridiculous, but I don't usually have to call them and they always get back to you. Love the extra vacay spending money in my pocket.
I wish I could rate them a zero. I booked a Toronto hotel with them but the deposit was taken off my Visa in U.S. currency rather than Canadian. When I emailed to cancel they denied charging me in U.S. funds. I emailed back with my Visa statement as proof but never heard from them again. They have not confirmed cancellation nor refunded the deposit...
OMG, I just read other reviews and see that someone had odd charges on their Visa card after booking with these guys. Three days after using Hotelnparking a fraudulent $1200 was put through on my card, when I contacted my bank they cancelled the card and issued another one over the security breach. Beware!
I've sent two messages via your (HnP) website about my upcoming reservation at the Days Inn, Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale on 2/6/2016 and the need to make sure car pickup was changed to 2/14/16... and haven't received anything from you yet. It's 10 days and I Want to know I have a bed for the night of 2/6/2016 and a place to park my car for 7 days. So far your customer service Sucks!
I always wind up using this site even if I shop around because the prices are so good, and the hotels are names I know (Hampton Inn last time). I live in NY so leaving my car at the cruise port, or airport for that matter, is just astronomical. Once I had to call to change my plans last minute, and once they had to redo my resv because the hotel overbooked - I have to say, both times the staff were friendly and professional, going the extra mile to make me happy. I'll use them again.
Made a reservation that I subsequently had to cancel. Received email confirming that I was entitled to a refund of my deposit, but they never issued the credit to my card. Had to call my credit card company to get the credit-they issued it without even contacting the merchant, stating to me that the merchant does not respond.
Just got off the phone with these clowns. Had a reservation for a busy week in Las Vegas area. A couple days before my trip, I received an email stating the reservation was canceled. When I called the company, they stated they sent me an email saying the hotel was unavailable and to request another hotel. At the time of the booking, the hotel room was available on their site and I got an email saying that I had a queen bed, non-smoking room with a confirmation number. When I called the company, they stated that they had sent me an email saying the hotel was unavailable and to request another hotel. Funny how I never received that email. The representative was rude, unapologetic and basically left me up a creek without a paddle. BTW, the hotel had never had a reservation made for me in my name. Will never be using this company again & hopefully others will be more careful.

This is the worst website I have seen. To this email. I tried to call and I was unable to reach anyone. So as a result I am now trying to rebook under another agency with parking fly. And I already paid my fees to this company. If I am unable to find another company to do this I will be forced to sleep at the airport.
We never received an email confirming our stay. They charged us but we had no idea what to do. Couldn't get ahold of anyone to figure it out so we had to book through someone else. We received a call after we had already gotten parked and situated through someone else and the customer service was horrible. The lady Kathy was not nice or easy to work with. They wanted to charge us for their mistake. We ended up taking to the supervisor who was also rude. I wouldn't do service with them again. I should've looked at the reviews before I went through them. Hopefully others will be deterred from these reviews
