3rd rate garbage company
3rd rate garbage company. We migrated to their server Site was not working properly. Support non existent. Our site was down full.day leading to.considerable losses They don't have any grievance or escalation. Calls to customer support are rarely answered We migrated back to our original host.

Very Worst service and support, they Suspended My Account without any proper information, my all client notices and asking question on me why website is not working? If i rise a ticket here till now no response from support team, i suggestion for new user you don't buy anything from here

I never write bad review for anyone but this experience is really pathetic. Support team is lack of knowledge. They are just eager to close the issue by saying "we have solved your issue and we are closing the ticket", Seriously?
I was facing issue with emails, My emails stopped working for almost a week and these guys are just closing ticket without resolving the issue.

The tech support team under normal support subscriptions will market for moving towards managed support service. They dont even try to understand teh problem which a customer is raising.
Also, forcing to subscribe for Site Jabber through disabling the dashboard access is another frustrating action

I purchased windows hosting plan from Hosting Raja, its been 2 years, and I would say they have given a good service so far. Their technical team is brilliant always ready to assist me in late hours too. I would say all indian websites should try hosting raja.
I have been using this hosting for more than two years. Initially, there were problems, but as I understand it, they replaced some equipment and then continued to work perfectly. In addition, the price is very important to me as a blogger. I just don't see the point of overpaying a lot of money when you have a landing page. So for me, these criteria are the most important.
Web Hosting services of Hosting Raja has improved a lot in the past year, mainly the technical support. I have 6 domains hosted from them as they are comparatively cheaper than other web hosting providers. I had few issues of downtime with one of my website when I contacted them they told I have to upgrade my Hosting package as the number of visitors have increased in huge numbers. As i have ungraded it my website is working fine now. I would say they are the most prompt web hosting providers who are ready to deal with any issue arising.

With Livemnc and they migrate my dedicated server with in 2 or 3 hours with few hours downtime and now my all three websites are working fine, Livemnc done free of cost my old
Provider Dedicated server data migration to new server with all 70 Mail i9d's.
Tech support helped to move my project without any problems, there is no data lost. Thanks, you are the best!

First of all, they have very cheap products. These are matched by the same level of after sales support.
I have purchased two products from this company. For both, they promised a bunch of things when doing the sales call. But after that, I had to request them for every single thing by creating a ticket. It feels embarassing to ask them to do their job.
I had their kannada speaking executive yell at me. There are english speaking support staff but their level of communication and manners is not up to the mark.
I hope I never ever purchase anything from these people again. I have been scammed because they promised me something and delivered partially both times.
