There are a lot of bells and whistles available for real professional websites. Mine is kind of amateurish but I was able to get it online and functioning by intuitively using your tools.

You took my sight down with no cause and affected my business. No apology or any compensation was given to me after multiple empty promises of communication from your "support team." I will personally make sure every business I deal with know not to use your services. I hope to find a class action lawsuit to join against you one day.
Everything was fine until the end of 2023 when the site was changed or updated somehow and I was unable to login from my computer. I e-mailed support and never heard anything. Had to get someone else to login from their phone to renew my domain.
Terrible interface. Not user friendly should always have chat box available at all times including 1 800 number. Cannot delete credit card info box..
Our websites and DNS records vanished. It created significant interruptions for our business and clients. I am waiting for Hostgator to explain how the files were deleted. Thankfully the team did get the assets back but the time from the initial call and misdiagnosis from Hostgator to the files being completely restored spanned two full business days.
I've been a long time customer and am not pleased with making it more difficult to chat with my HostGator friends. I have to jump through too many hoops to get to a chat or a phone call to actually talk to somebody. But hey, I guess that's the way things are going now. What I loved about you guys is you didn't adopt this model. Looks like us webmasters have to accept this. I have several sites with Hostgator as well.
You raised your prices dramatically and your service is not very good
