I love the weebly integration, but my sites are offline WAY to often. I have had the exact same issue with my page 6 or 7 times now, with an average customer service time to resolution being over an hour with customer service. Does the host gator team not keep service logs? Every time, I have to go through the same painstaking, time consuming steps of explaining to the tech that my index file keeps vanishing causing my site to go offline and the weebly editor asking me to contact support. EVERY TIME I tell the tech, please check the last support log and repeat what the last tech did. Almost every time the tech then says they can't help me. I insist they can, because I have done this before, they talk to someone else on their team, put me on hold, and eventually, big shocker, they can help me. "Good news, I have a solution" they say, and I have to bite my tongue and withhold any sarcasm, as I understand they are not directly at fault. I knew they could, this wasn't the first time it's happened, I knew what the problem was, my index file was missing, I even told them as much, and still its the whole infuriating routine every time. I was about to move two more sites to Host Gator, but I am now shopping around and looking to pull both of my accounts (I have 2 separate company webpages on host gator). The complete inability for the team to resolve my issue permanently is beyond frustrating. The latest batch of occurrences of my site going offline happened during a major fundraiser for my non-profit, and has certainly cost my organization financial damages in the form of lost donations as potential donors who go to our site are the ones who have been letting us know when it falls offline. Considering these financial damages, notable time expenditure, and my experiences with the Host Gator support team-- I am currently shopping around for a new hosting company.

It was eventually resolved A to B by a knowledgeable terminal, 2 support personnel prior didn't know what they were doing and kept me waiting for over an hour for no resolution. Personnel should be trained on their duties.
Had a real hard time and wasted a lot of time.doing things I assumed the migration I paid for would do.
Even though it is up and running there is things I just don't feel and working the way it used to.

I have been with HostGator a very long time, like 15 years. I also use SiteGround, but HG is less expensive. I like it in every way but speed. It seems to be slow. I know one of the issues is a video on my home page, but if the service were faster, that wouldn't matter, eh? It's just a snippet.
I have been with Hostgator for 18 years and have had very good service. The only problems I've had have been with chats. Those have been because I am not good enough with my understanding of technology and have not always been able to follow the instructions I'm given. Also, when I've tried to stop payments on sites no longer wanted, those payments have continued.
I am still getting emails about my SSL certificate not being correct. Every time I call, I am told that it is OK and to just ignore the email.
Edit tool easy to use so far, the grid only has vertical guide lines, would be easier to place objects with a graph that includes horizontal lines.
