I have malware issues for over 2 week and have no control on the dashboards of my websites. I ordered a restore, and never got any answers to my emails. Furthermore, i connect the help team and was promised time after time that the restore is on the way, but no promise was kept.
I have been a client for 20+ years. They treat me well, they treat me like crap. It depends on the rep I get. I am a big fan of Cherry. I am not sure how many you have but she is worthy of recognizing. As a company, you don't treat me like a 20+ year client. That is too bad.

I have had multiple communications with your team and get different responses depending on who I ask. 2 months ago, we asked you to push the new site live, yet it seems like that didn't happen until I spoke to the right person (I guess) who did something (?) and made it live. I still don't know if they know what they were talking about because we keep getting emails asking me if my site is live. I'm assuming, since we switched off the old plan to the new one, that it is indeed live, and when you finally kill the old plan, it will keep working as expected, but I am not feeling confident. I keep getting emails, and so I'm just waiting for everything to stop altogether.
