I chose HostGator because we used at work and it was fine. However, for a non-website professional, this system is NOT dummy proof so I will call the help desk again tomorrow. I am struggling creating my website. I completed the form to request assistance. A rep called me back but during work hours so I couldn't answer. They did great by following up via email referring me to make an appointment. However, I made the appointment but the rep never called. I'm still stuck in frustration mode.

Not a very intuitive interface for rookies. For example, I don't even know how to simply delete a website that I created from the Dashboard. Terrible design.

I bought a domain name but there are no clear instructions on how to proceed
It took me a lot of time to activate my blog and even now logging in takes a lot of time! SOrry
To update inaccuracies in our domain info.
If possible i would have given No Star rating.
The online service is deplorable and so time consuming.
The Chats close down before they solve issues.
The new Chats don't have the previous info so I have had to repeat my issue 3 consecutive times. And still my issue of your domain needing updating is still not resolved
SSL keep giving me problem and customer service is also not responding.
It was really hard to make ftp work, the. Coreftp I downloaded seemed to be wrongly configured because when trying to open it with CoreFTP and FileZilla it gave an error... finally I came to the conclussion that I might need something easier to setup, but the options I have are paid, so maybe I'll just stick with github sites for a while

I can't install the system myself, I have to submit a work order every time, so the efficiency is too low
