All the Host Gator associates were very courteous on the phone & tried very hard to help me. Much of the problem was with me: I do not speak "computer-ese" so had no idea what they were talking about. In addition, many of the associates have accents which were hard for me to understand. (I mean no disrespect to them. I honor them for speaking more than one language. The difficulty is entirely with me who doesn't know what the terms mean.)

Ive tried to fix the delay in my website, single website, but I dont know what was the problem because the hosting in not working well with my project. I have sent a lot of emails but I have the same answer... check your website and my website is working really well in other hostings.

I like a service in spanish. I know it is difficult. But i think it is a good idea.

This was a server migration from one VPS to another, fragile, complex and fraught with problems. After one week the migration was a total success. This is great in anyones book.

Simple Machines Forum was not working, page was coming up blank; seems database was not connecting. I think SMF version was changed from 2. 0. 6 to 2. 0. 19 by Hostgator "admin" that support representative was consulting with. Still cannot find where the database is stored. Changes that Hostgator Admin makes, could be listed so that we know what to look for in the future, as this was the second time the forum disappeared.

This is my first experience with HostGator. I found it very helpful and purely professional for all type of developers.

Usually support is pretty knowledgeable or at least willing to keep after it until they solve the issue
