Great app. The one app that stands out from Expedia and Travelocity as using data extensively to predict prices and save you tons of money and hassle on buying the best tickets. Would recommend to anyone.

I love this app and definitely feel like I'm getting the best price for my trip, BUT I don't get the option to buy travel insurance every time I book a trip. It seems to be a random glitch, sometimes I have the option and sometimes I don't.
I was told to wait and wait and the only thing that happened is that I watched the price go up and availability go down for my flights.
I ended up having to get connecting flights for $450 when I could have booked $350 direct flights from the beginning. Thank fully I did though, because now they are $550 and the app is still telling me to wait even though their price predictor says it should drop to $475 before the trip.
My experience is either an anomaly or they pay for their perfect reviews.....
We always find great deals when we use hopper. We learned the hard way though that the airlines won't help if something goes wrong because you did not book directly with them.
It kicks me out and the ticket price went up 100 when I went back in not fair, I was at the end about to pay the insurance went up 7 .
Hopper is very efficient and always gives me the best deals on flights! Can't be the prices and the service!
I love the watch feature on this app. This is a wonderful 3rd party company the prices usually are no less than $75 cheaper than using the airline website.

It took me three tries and it finally booked but I was charged for all of them so I better be refunded!!
I have been trying to contact them for an entire day. Starting minutes after I booked a flight and realized I chose the wrong date. I wanted to change the date and have had no success trying to contact Hopper. I called the airline and they told me I had to go through the third-party booking company that I booked it through. Good luck with that! I sat at my computer for hours waiting for their response team to get back with me. They purposely make it so you can't Call or email them you can only try to chat with them online and they don't respond to you. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have a policy of cancellation within the first day but you can't contact them to do it.
They do not accommodate to your needs so whatever. They will not go out of their way to fix problems.
My flight got changed and they did not notify me. I did not find out about this change till 3 days before my transportation service called me to notify me that due to my arrival time changing they had no drivers to pick me up.
I had booked a trip for September 2019 since May 2019. 4 months went by and never heard a single communication of change.
Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible experience. Will never book through them ever again. All they offered was excuses and apologies yet no solutions.
To bad the hotel search does not offer map location updating all hotels as you move via the map! Would be a 5star app if it did
Although it is still hard to tell when to pull the trigger and buy the ticket. This helps a lot with quick view to prices and suggestions on when to purchase
