When submitting a job to get company recommendations, be prepared to get multiple phone calls and emails even if you do not select to get an estimate. I had to change my number in the program due to so many calls from companies. It got overwhelming. I wanted to look at companies and do my research before getting inundated with calls.
Two hours prior to my appointment which was set ten days earlier I received an email that their tech had canceled the appointment. I was offered an alternate date. Response to this email will not go through I suppose they don't want to hear back from you.
I expected a company like this to have a backup tech just in case of emergency. This was my first experience with them and will be my last.
Horrible company to deal with! They promise you the world when sign you up as a contractor and then send you invalid and old leads and charge you a hefty fee and don't refund your lead fees even after you followed up with the clients as they told you to! Definitely a big waste of money and energy. I also experienced them as a customer looking for contractors, very corrupt! They called me even after they have already sent me multiple contractors and tried to convince me to send me a few more even after I told them that I have already decided! They were just trying to sell that to more poor contractors. Don't fall for these scammers. I wished I could give them lower than 1 star. After a year off bad experience, they charged my account for an annual membership fee! I called right away as soon as the charge appeared and they refused to refund my money! They said it's too late! The charge is still pending, and I didn't receive any services yet! How could it be late? I think people should be ashamed of themselves for working for such compan

This company give me an estimate said they would do the work never showed up, only answered the phone twice after the estimate was given. The response was I'm sorry but the injectors in my truck blew out but I will do the work, and I haven't heard from him since. I do not recommend this company!
