Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

The initial survey was very quick, and the rep was very thorough in his presentation without being push and explained in detail of the options available and what we wanted to achieve and the follow up to installation was reasonably quick, the installation engineers were very prompt and polite and cleaned the area thoroughly on completion and gave a good demonstration on the operation of the canopy before they left
Apart from a 'hiccup' with my initial contact with the company I have been perfectly satisfied with the product and its installation

Initial visit to our home was very good with knowledgeable Nationwide person. We visited the showroom in Wareham and could see the awning and sunscreen being demonstrated. The survey was through and we were fully briefed on the products to be received and the requirements on us to allow installation. The awning and sunscreen were installed well and their operation was explained. The opportunity to spread the cost with interest free payments was good.

The installers Barry & Ross turned up on schedule and worked consistently to complete the job. They negotiated a not completely adequate scaffolding installation and tidied up well on completion of the job.

We had Rob round to do a survey of what we wanted to achieve, as a result the surveyor visited and said what we wanted wasn't feasible. Rib revisited and we amended our plan, and saved a few quid too! The guys turned a few weeks later to fit the verandah, they were exceptional, and completely cleared up after themselves. We would wholeheartedly recommend.

Technical sales were very helpful and open, not pushy.

Our visit to the showroom was great. We received a warm welcome, were able to view so many fabric choices, see a demonstration awning and the pricing structure was very clear. We were impressed that it was made in this country and the survey and installation went very smoothly and within the advised time frame. Our awning has enabled us to spend more time in our garden and we would happily recommend Nationwide.

I am very pleased with the newly fitted awning. It's just a shame that the original quote was incorrect - the height of the door over which the awning would project, was not originally considered correctly. So the final bill was for quite a lot more money. Otherwise, it went well.

John, who came to give us the a choice of products, was very nice and spent time with us. However, when he left, we were led to believe that there was certain package that we was getting. But that was, for customers that. Spent ******* and and not 9400. This was a heater, we did have the heater in the end but we was asked to pay for it, when I pointed out we was told it was free we did get it for free. But when the surveyor came out, the measurement for the blind was wrong.And that was another two hundred and fifty pounds.Added to the bill. However, I will say that the installers were very professional. Had to put a few measures, right? But the product does look very good and I can say, I am happy. Would I recommend this company not sure?

Jordan and his team made a great job of installing my electric awning. He explained everything there was to know about the awning and I was given clear instructions on how it worked and given aftercare booklet and advice.

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
