I wasn't receiving a call back from businesses. I received a call from HomeAdvisor and he told me the businesses might be busy. He made some calls on my behalf and I hired a company.

Home Advisor made process of finding and selecting a contractor less stressful.

We had a salesman stop in and we told him we wanted to think about it. So the salesman said he wanted credit card info in case we decided we wanted to start. They instantly started charging the card with out our permission and when we refused to pay they sent it to collections

I was pretty specific in what services I was seeking in placing my ad, but because it had the word lawn in it, apparently that opens the flood gates to everybody who does anything with lawns, especially lawn mowing services.

I have used Home Advisor three times to find professional services and have been very pleased with each experience.

Home advisor hooked us up right away because we got 4 calls from plumbers right away. That was a little awkward trying to juggle all the calls. I later noticed that I had an email with 4 names to choose from. I would rather do the calling myself. But I would use HomeAdviser again.

We needed a repair to our roof quickly used home Advidor and was contacted by at least 3 companies. The next day the repair was being done and done very well.
