I would use this site for future projects. I liked that the site offers several contractors for my project.
I got several referrals from Homesadvisor. I was able to get in touch with 3-4 prospective movers and make arrangements. Tge mover I used was not on any other website.
As long-time member, I went thru Angi to book some yard work. I was waiting for the chosen company to get back to me, when I get call call from "HomeAdvisor Powered by Angi." The guy wanted to book the appointment. It was weird that he asked me to estimate the number of bushes and average height, sight unseen. Also odd I had to book two separate professionals, with details about who they even were to come in an email, with two different credit card payments. A couple of hours later, I get a call from the real company I had originally picked off Angi wanting to come and do a site survey. They were NOT the pros the caller booked. I had to tell the company that HA/Angi has just taken their work from them. Someone did show up and did a mediocre job, but I'm still taken aback by these shoddy business practices and feel foolish for going along. WHAT THE HELL is going on? I don't trust Angi now.

After losing our lawn pro after 20 years, I was shocked at how difficult it is to find someone who is local, reliable, and performs quality work. I talked to neighbors and went on via Google only to find lawn pros who either didn't want to do more than just cutting but charge a ridiculous price, or dictated a schedule that did not fit ours. Using Angi helped to streamline the process.

Your office called & wanted to charge for window cleaning. Your office charged my card $182.50 on my statement. I called your office & they said they would not charge until job was finished. I paid for the job to owner & it was a lot more than $182.50. Would like refund call me *******250

Would recommend without hesitation. It was a pleasant & easy experience. It's always my goal to work with small/family owned businesses. It just makes sense to keep our communities strong & vibrant.
I tried to change out a light switch and did so successfully until I turned the breaker back on and then lost power to the upstairs. I then replaced the breaker and still nothing. I exausted my electrical knowledge. The technician came out checked the system pinpointed the issue and fixed it quickly and explained everything.
Talked to multiple people and had to explain the same thing to all of them. Doesn't seem to much communication at Angi. They also aren't in close contact with contractors. Doesn't have much vetting priorities.
